About this property

House with gr. Garden and Fernblick - rest and relaxation for nature lovers

The small separate side stone house is located in the south of the natural park "Périgord-Limousin". It was completely renovated in 2016 and was rented for the first time in 2017 as a guest house. It is part of a former farmstead, which consists of a main building and the annex. Situated on the edge of a small village community on the top of a 4-hectare land and allowed a kilometer wide view over the region in the typical hilly landscape with forests and meadows.
The living area offers 2 people a stylish setting with an outdoor terrace facing south and a covered summer kitchen with views of the surrounding orchard that also offers shaded areas in the summer.
The lower, open living-kitchen area features a cozy sitting and dining area with a kitchen sofa and wood burning stove. The small kitchen offers all the necessary comforts ready. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located next to the kitchen. From the living area is reached by a small staircase to the overlying bedroom.

Perfect for young fit people looking for somewhere off the beaten track

At a good distance from the Dordogne river, this is remote and secluded. The outdoor kitchen is great and in the garden there are shady places to sit. Indoors there is a smart ground floor bathroom and kitchen. The stairs to the bedroom are steep and only safe for the young and fit. Upstairs the pitched roof is too low for you to stand upright. There is a day bed where one person can sleep downstairs.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le gîte de Georg et Petra. Le logement est bien équipé et fonctionnel, rien ne nous a manqué ! Willkommen im Paradies !!!

Das absolut perfekte Ferienhäuschen! Super Ausstattung, tolle Außenküche, auch zum schattigen Sitzen, Speisen und Relaxen. Das ganze auf einem riesigen und geplegten Grundstück mit sagenhafter Aussicht in die wunderbare Landschaft. Die sehr netten Vermieter Petra und Georg sorgen umsichtig dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt und eigentlich gar nicht mehr abreisen möchte.Die Gegend rund um das Ferienhäuschen ist Natur pur, kleine Örtchen und Städtchen in der Umgebung für die täglichen Einkaufsbedürfnisse sind wenige km entfernt. Wer sein Fahrrad dabei hat, findet beste Möglichkeiten für kleine und große Touren. Vielen Dank an Petra und Georg für diese wunderbare Zeit!

Wir haben sehr schöne 2- Wochen Aufenthalt genießen dürfen! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig ein paar Kilometer von diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in schnell erreichbarer Entfernung. Alles vorhanden im Haus - die Aussenküche ist besonders bei hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm!

Découverte du Périgord vert

Le gîte est situé dans un lieu dit charmant où règne le calme de la nature. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et parsèment leur hébergement de mille et une attentions. Rien ne nous à manqué. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié d'être reçus tels des hôtes de marque !! Même s'il est petit, le gîte est ingenieusement agencé et l'espace ne manque pas. Les prestations sont de qualité et en nombre ( par exemple il y a le choix entre deux cafetières !). Un endroit parfait pour qui aime la quiétude ! Merci Petra et Georg !
