Come and visit us in the Rheingau and experience this tranquil 180m2 apartment. Would you like to explore the Rheingau vineyards?
Or just marvel at the nature & beauty in Rüdesheim am Rhein and the surrounding cities?
Then you feel warmly invited to stay and live with us. Johannisberg am Rhein is an idyll with numerous vineyards and is very close to cities like Rüdesheim am Rhein or Oestrich-Winkel. The closest possible city of Wiesbaden is only about 20 minutes away by car.
There are good connections to the Rhein-Main area if you want to explore the nightlife of modern cities like Frankfurt am Main, Wiesbaden or Mainz but do not want to do without the fresh air and the poetic vineyards of the Rheingau.
You can book a single apartment or the entire holiday home.

Each of our three apartments has its own kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.

Groot huis met 3 aparte appartementen

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Prachtig gebied. 3 appartementen, waarvan 1 met een woonkeuken waar je samen kunt eten.

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Wir hatten alle drei Wohnungen in der Haus und daher sehr viel Platz und ideal für eine große Gruppe. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte eine gute Lage, alles nötige war schnell zu erreichen

Es waren 3 schöne Tage in Johannesberg. Haus hat alles wie beschrieben geboten. Check in perfekt. Tisch und Sitzplätze könnten besser platziert werden. Kaffeelöffel waren nur 3 Stück da , sonst alles ok

Perfekte Location

Das Haus war für unsere Gruppe von Freunden passend. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Sehr gut gelegen. Vielleicht etwas mehr Besteck und Geschirrtücher, dann wären wir wunschlos glücklich gewesen. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Wir hatten uns aufgrund der Beschreibung ein zeitgenössisches und luxuriöses Ferienhaus erwartet. Leider entsprach der Zustand vor Ort nicht unseren Vorstellungen.Bei Ankunft machten Geschirr, Besteck und Tassen keinen sauberen Eindruck, sodass wir diese zunächst selbst gründlich reinigen mussten. Auch die Spülmaschine war in einem nicht sauberen Zustand.Der angebotene Grill war stark verschmutzt und nicht benutzbar (alte Kohlereste, verschmutzter Rost).Im Aufenthaltsraum standen teilweise Bierbänke als Sitzgelegenheiten, die mit dem beworbenen „luxuriösen“ Anspruch nicht übereinstimmen. Zudem wirkten einige Möbelstücke zusammengestellt und zeigten Gebrauchsspuren, z. B. beschädigte Oberflächen an Hockern.Insgesamt war der Gesamteindruck daher eher unsauber und nicht so hochwertig, wie wir es erwartet hatten.

Könnte man mehr draus machen

Waren eine 14 köpfige Mädelstruppe beim alljährlichen Ausflug!Objekt war zweckmäßig,Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig…was sehr schade ist,man könnte echt mehr draus machen!2 Betten waren im großen Gemeinschaftsraum,das ist natürlich auch eher ungünstig…Lage ist sehr gut,direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle mit guter Anbindung

Wochenende mit Freunden

Hallo, nach der Beschreibung sollte sich ja in einer luxuriösen Ferienwohnung ein wunderschönes ergeben. Leider fanden wir vieles nicht wie beschrieben vor. 13 Personen nahmen an einer biertischgarnitur Platz. Der Fernseher konnte Töne von sich geben, nur das Bild funktionierte nicht. Weingläser in einer weinregion waren ebenfalls Mangelware ! Der Grill hing durchgerostet durch. Der Garten nicht gepflegt und nicht benutzbar. Tisch unbrauchbar. Gartenstühle mit brandlöchern. Elektroschalter hingen aus der Wand. Waschtischarmaturen lose links u rechts drehbar… Mülltonnen schon lange nicht mehr geleert! Wir sind dann Essen gegangen, da zwar samstags irgendwann ein neuer Grill da stand, aber da waren die Planungen schon geändert worden. In Summe kein Wunder, das dieses Objekt nicht in Google Maps geführt wird. Wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte, hätte ich Abstand genommen von einer Buchung. Mal schauen was die Reklamation bringt. Man will entspannen und telefoniert am Wochenende nur von Agentur zu Vermieter rum. Schade

Naja

Die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu Wünschen übrig. Der Geschirrspüler war noch voll vom Vormieter. Auch gibt es viele Lebensmittel von sämtlichen Vorgängern in den Schränken. Der Garten benötigt dringend mehr Liebe. Zwischendrin kam ein Anruf, dass wir angeblich mehr Personen wären als gemeldet. Somit sollte der Spion dringend zählen lernen. Auch gibt es keine 6 Schlafzimmer sondern nur 5, da der große Aufenthaltsraum als Schlafzimmer angegeben wird, dies aber der Durchgang zu einem anderen Schlafzimmer ist. Internet geht nur im 1. Stock, ansonsten hat man fast keinen Empfang. Somit is es weder zeitgenössisch noch luxuriös.

Wir htten sehr schönes Wetter, so dass alle Mahlzeiten auf dem Balkon eingenommen werden konnten. Drinnen wäre dafür kein Platz gewesen. Etliche Kleinigkeiten in der Küche haben eifach gefehlt: z.B. eine normale Kaffeemaschine oder wenigstens eine Kaffeekanne.

tolle Ferienwohnung für einen Kurzurlaub!

Ruhig gelegen, tolles Haus mit Zugang zum Garten. Sehr netter Vermieter mit guten Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Nette Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren zu fünft, leider war die Wohnung für 5 Personen nur mit vier richtigen Betten und einem Klappbett ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab es auch erstmal nur für 4 Personen. Insgesamt sauber, gute ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Parkplätze in der Straße vorhanden.

Unterkunft soweit ok, Garten hätte etwas gepflegter sein können. Balkone etwas klein. Duschabtrennung im Obergeschoss unsachgemäss angebracht und nicht oder nur eingeschränkt benutzbar. Keine vernüftigen und ausreichende Parkplätze vorhanden.

Lovely group of flats

We had a lovely stay in these holiday apartments. Everything was finished to a high standard, clean and fresh. We enjoyed the back garden and patio. It was a good central base for exploring the Rheingau, without staying in the more crowded/noisy town of Rudesheim. The area is peaceful and picturesque, with a delicious bakery next store. The owners were very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend.

Pleasant and convenient

We appreciated the owners' support during our stay. We enjoyed being out of the riverside towns and up the hill. We had to drive a little to get groceries and there was some dust under the beds. Thanks!

Great place in a great location

Brand new apartment in a great location. We enjoyed staying here an the apartment had everything that we needed. We were able to see the Rhine wine region and were even able to walk to many things. Definitely a good value!
