Watch morning sunrises & evening moonshine on the ocean and bay from this "beachy theme throughout" totally remodeled (new C/A & Heat) Angelsea "Condo". (Sleeps 6) 2 BR/2 Bath (1 with full tub) + Sleeper Sofa, Big patio w/grill, Fancy outdoor shower, 5 minute ride to Stone Harbor &
N. Wildwood beaches, Walk to restaurants/night life. Best location to just relax and view the marvels of the ocean & bay or the home base to enjoy all of the South Jersey shore. We have a house and condo in Avalon, but this is my favorite location. Walk to conveniences, enjoy walking trails in Anglesea and collect shells at the Stone Harbor point nature reserve out back on the ocean, drive 8 minutes into Stone Harbor town to shop, tour a winery, enjoy historic Victorian Cape May, go to the beautiful free Cape May Zoo or restaurant/bar hop by foot, there is something for everyone!

The home was gorgeous & extremely clean! The location on the water was absolutely ideal. Even on rainy days, sitting in the living room you can gaze at the water while reading a good book. Owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Beautiful views in front(back) of the house!! The views & porch area was amazing! The condo is beautiful & very clean & everything is new & nice. But I didnt realize it was part of a big townhouse development. This unit is by far the nicest in the development.

Amazing view and location

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was super convenient to beaches and the boardwalk with a very short drive and could also walk to local sites, shops, and restaurants. The accommodations were pristine and the view was the highlight of the trip. We ate on the patio, read, played board games and when the weather was gray we could sit on the covered patio and still enjoy the view and beautiful ocean settling. The place is very nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, etc. Can say enough good things! And Eric was a great host, accessible and helpful!

Incredible awesome water views

My family and I had an amazing time.Beautiful amazing views to enjoy our coffee in the mornings to our wine in the evenings.We walked the stone harbour preserve found beautiful shells and saw endangered wildlife.Thank you Eric for your wonderful hospitality and sharing your beautiful spot of paradise with us.It is wonderfully decorated and the restaurants you suggested were also wonderful.We also very much enjoyed the beach passes you provided .The stone Harbour Beach was amazing as well.Looking forward to staying there again.

Wonderful Vacation!

When you enter this property you will see expansive glass doors looking out onto the inlet waters! The view is incredible! The view also provided boat and water play, which was very entertaining Everything was very clean, beautifully maintained and furnished. It was lovely having a separate bathroom, that way the kids had their own bathroom and privacy! There were many attractions that one could walk to, and choice of beaches with beach tags included. The property manager was very gracious, and suggested many other attractions in the area and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!!

The property was everything I had hoped it would be - clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and equipped with anything I needed. The patio provided the perfect viewing spot to watch the dolphins come and go, the fishing and other boating activity, and the changing of the tides. Eric, the host, provided helpful information in advance of my visit and stopped by the first day to introduce himself, answer any questions I had, and provide me with his cell number to text him if needed. The surrounding neighborhood was very quiet. The location of the property is convenient to restaurants, beaches, and other places of interest. I highly recommend it.

An Inter-Coastal Beauty

You could hardly ask for a better location than this rental on the inter-coastal waterway in Anglesea. The open kitchen/living room features a wall of windows looking out at the water and at the bird preserve across the way. The house was spotlessly clean, and the owner responsive to our questions -- namely, did we have an assigned parking space; the answer was no. Our only suggestion would be a add a few more coffee mugs. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Water, Birds, and the Sunrise!

My wife and I rented this property (2023) just after it had just been completely renovated by the owner. We were the beneficiaries, therefore, of brand-new appliances and furniture. It’s furnished very well, combining style with comfort. It’s well situated. Being older and retired, we enjoyed the walking opportunities (a seawall and the Stone Harbor Conservation area); golf (several places up and down Route 9); and the peace and quiet for writing (me), painting/sketching (my wife), and reading (both). Lots of restaurants nearby in North Wildwood and Stone Harbor/Avalon. We sampled those in both, including Rick’s seafood (take-out) within walking distance. What made this place for us was the water view. When you are in the family room/kitchen looking out, it seems as if you are on a boat (without the rocking). All you see is water beyond the patio. The property sits on an inlet that bridges the Atlantic Ocean and the bay that goes behind Stone Harbor and Avalon. Directly across the way is the Stone Harbor Conservation Area. It was extraordinary to see all the birds (beach-nesting and migratory) convening in the conservation area each morning, and then to see the sun rise over Stone Harbor. You will not be disappointed in the view. We recommend the property very highly..
