The apartment in Tyrolean country house style offers a cozy living room with dining table for 4 people, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer and two small bedrooms with double beds. Due to the slope, the bedrooms are located in the basement.
Throughout the apartment there is a floor heating, in the bathroom there is also a radiator.

In the living area, a comfortable couch (extendable as a double bed) with flat screen TV invites you to relax.

The small kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, hob, fridge / freezer and mini oven.

In the hall you will find the cloakroom, a wardrobe and storage facilities for your ski boots.

The entrance via the external staircase with a small, private terrace including garden furniture invites you to sunbathe in the afternoon.

Of course we provide bed linen, table linen and towels for the duration of your stay free of charge.

You can park your car right in front of the entrance.
There is a covered parking space for bicycles.
