Hosts were great they found water heater problem and made alternate arrangements before we knew they're was a problem. If i had a question they had an answer. We were 2 adults 2 small dogs very small space but we made it work for 3 days. Close walking distance to food etc..
Such a beautiful little “den” tucked away from downtown, but easily walkable to the whole town of Eureka Springs. Parking was great and super helpful to get to places further away.
Enjoyed having morning coffee over looking the creek below the property, not to mention feeling extremely safe at night!
Nice tiny cottage for a couple nights. Probably too small for a week long stay but for our family it was perfect for two nights. The kids slept in the loft and we slept downstairs.
Had a great time exploring Eureka Springs with my friend. The Mary Margaret was the perfect location to walk to downtown and also enjoy a quaint and serene location.
This was a fun trip! My small fur baby was welcome in our rental and throughout the town. Mary was so kind and very responsive. She stocked the room with waters, snacks and coffee which was all much appreciated. I loved the outdoor area and fire pit with a beautiful view from this sitting area.
Mary was incredibly flexible and so kind! I messaged her last minute to see if we could check in a day early because the bookings weren’t allowed within 48 hrs and she made it work within a few hours!
My only complaints are totatally fixable are that the barb door for the bathroom kept on coming off of the track and trying to fall on me. And that the photos I think showed multiple units so I went in thinking the unit was gonna be a lot bigger than it was. My dad is 6’7” and disabled, so he struggled a bit to get into the Fox Den. I would maybe just maybe provide some clarification on the size of the space and the accessibility for handicap people.
We expected the property to be as pictured on VRBO site; however, to nasty and in disrepair to stay! Bed sheets & pillow cases had soiling and stains. Ceiling above fan and beams had hanging dust above the bed. The floor under the bed was thick with dust and other debris. The barn house bathroom door would not open or close properly. The trim around the glass on the front door was rotten and part had fallen off. Even though a deadbolt was on the door the actual door knob was flopping! The property manager was immediately texted pictures and asked to come to the property where we pointed out the reason the house was not ready for anyone to stay! We asked for a full refund! We called VRBO and texted pictures! It has been 15 days and NO refund!! The reason we were given for “no refund” was that we did not cancel 24 hours before. We had no way of knowing 24 hours before that the conditions were unacceptable!!!
Perfect location! Super cute cozy room. I had two teenagers with my husband and me, so it was a little snug. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door, so it doesn’t really give a lot of privacy. There isn’t a table or anything to put your bags, so we had stuff everywhere (esp with two teenagers) but overall it was a great stay! The sauna after a long day of walking was perfection! The deck and fire pit were another added bonus! We loved our stay.
Small but close to main hub of Eureka. One night was fine but wouldn’t be able to stay in such a small area for any longer. Floor had trash under the bed. Otherwise comfy bed.
We enjoyed our stay! The cottage is a bit tight, but extremely cute and decorated well. Perfect for 2 people. Even though we were very close to downtown, it was extremely quiet. The porch area made for some amazing morning coffee time and the firepit was perfect! They even provided firewood and fire starter materials. We didn't make a fire because of a fire ban, but appreciated the thought. Accessing the loft area seemed a bit daunting to access so we didn't use that area. The refrigerator might need replacing as it didn't maintain a cold temperature. Keep an eye out for the local fox that seems to live across the road! Beautiful! We will definitely be back!
Cute and clean place. Friendly check in and check out

Cozy House
This place was great. Location was wonderful being just walking distance from downtown. The hill back up to the place is a bit tough but definitely worth not having to find and pay for parking. I will say when we arrived it was 76 in our room and VERY humid. The remote to the a/c was not wanting to set the new temp for us so we had to find a manager. He was such a big help. He was able to get new batteries in the remote and fix it for us. Another issue was the refrigerator and freezer was not cold and we were not able to use it the first day. Luckily we had a cooler and we did inform the owner and they were very kind with providing us with ice packs. The next morning we woke up and the fridge had started to work so that was a plus. Another thing I would mention is it is very small and was not completely ideal for our family do to us having an infant. Just keep in mind when booking this place that you have to climb a ladder for the loft and there is not much room. We did really enjoy the time we stayed otherwise.
Love the location, easy walking distance to town. Hosts were grest!

This tiny home was adorable. It's small, but not too small. The back porch is wonderful and peaceful, perfect for drinking your morning coffee. It's a short walk downhill to get to the main strip of Eureka Springs. Walking back uphill was a little harder, but hills are expected when visiting Eureka Springs. We saw deer right outside the the house one evening. The decor was cute and everything was functional and in good working order. LOVED that the host said "you're on vacation, you don't have to do any chores before you leave." PERFECT! We will definitely come back.
We were only in town for one night. My wife and I enjoyed our stay, loved the cosy feel. Mary made sure we were fully prepared before our arrival. I would stay here again when back in the area.
This is a very cute and comforting, the management was very helpful and the stay was just like home. Very satisfied in this place and had such a wonderful time.
My husband and I celebrated our 7th anniversary at the Fox Den. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere. The den is very tight, but just right for the 2 of us. We loved the porches and outdoor area. Favorite part were the 3 baby red foxes playing in the back yard area. They were so fun to watch. Very private. Cold AC. We would definitely return!
