This FABULOUS open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are beautifully furnished and the perfect place to make lasting memories! The second floor living area is appointed with a huge sectional and flat screen TV for relaxing after an amazing day at our beautiful Gulf of Mexico! An abundance of natural light flows through every door and window. The boutique and cozy decor of the home is super inviting with a dining table that seats ten and additional seating at the bar for four. The chef's gourmet kitchen offers the highest grade stainless steel appliances and a beverage center with a wine cooler and ice machine! Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the huge screened balcony while taking in the beach breeze and gulf views. You can also enjoy a meal with a view from the outdoor table that seats 6. Also on this second level is a large private bedroom with two doubles and a full bath with a screened porch facing the bay and an additional half bath.

The first level of this spectacular home offers one bedroom with two custom built twin over double bunk beds and two gulf facing master bedrooms with private en suite, and access to a large screen porch. On this first level you also have a screen porch with views of the beach, a full size bathroom in the hall way, and a laundry room with a high-efficiency full-size washer and dryer.

This home also features an elevator.

Ground Level of this home offers a grill, outdoor shower, a fish cleaning sink, a nice breezy seating area, smokeless fire pit, parking and pool with a lounge area! Just to be aware, this property also has a Ring doorbell installed at the front entrance.
