PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Located on the top floor of an older building with an elevator up to the third floor (then stairs to reach the fourth and final floor), this studio offers a functional and cosy setting, typical of Cannes apartments.

The main room, air-conditioned and attic-style, features a sofa-bed (140x200 cm), a lounge area with a smart TV and a small dining space. The whole space enjoys a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen area is equipped with the essentials for a comfortable stay: stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and kitchenware.

A shower room with WC completes this accommodation designed for a simple, pleasant and practical stay.

A sober, comfortable space, ideally located for exploring Cannes on foot.

From Cannes train station: 5 minutes on foot

Late check-in available until 10 p.m. upon request and for an additional fee.
Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
