Area

Renovated at the end of 1980s, the area surrounding the rue Montorgueil and metro Sentier has seen a renaissance in the last years. This used to be the center of the textile industry in Paris, but now guests will find cobble stone pedestrian streets lined with outdoor markets and many restaurants. The atmosphere gives the impression of a small village on market day while still be a short walk to the major transportation center of Les Halles and Chatelet.

Apartment Layout

This two bedroom two bathroom apartment was recently renovated to the highest standards with our guests in mind. Throughout one will find accents of blues, pinks and earth tones along with original art by the owner of the property.

As one enters the apartment they are greeted on the left of the entry hall a large open living and dining area complete with a state of the art kitchen. The space is bathed in light from the three floor to ceiling windows which lead on to a private terrace overlooking the Montorgueil neighborhood. Guests will find a small table and chairs on the terrace where they can relax and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day exploring the city!

There is a very comfortable sofa bed as well as two arm chairs for guests to relax and entertain in the living area. There is tons of built in storage space behind the couch so guests can really unpack and get comfortable. The apartment is also equipped with a flat screen TV and integrated air conditioning throughout, a rarity in Paris!

In the dining area guests will find a dining table for four and a beautiful open kitchen with chic tiling. There is everything one needs to prepare a meal and entertain including an oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and full size fridge and freezer.

Moving back into the hallway guests will find the first bathroom with a shower and vanity next to a separate WC. Further down the hallway is the first bedroom, this room can be made up as two comfortable twin beds or one queen size bed. This room has bedside lighting and a large double glazed window to ensure lots of light and a peaceful night.

The master bedroom is next to this first bedroom and has a very comfortable queen bed with another large window giving lots of light. There is more storage in this room for guests to completely unpack. Guests will find an en suite bathroom off of the master bedroom decorated in wood and rose accents. This chic bathroom has a beautiful vanity with inset lighting and a very comfortable bath tub for guests to relax in. There is also a WC and towel warmer to complete this stylish bathroom.
This beautifully renovated apartment is the perfect choice for guests looking to be in the center of Paris. It boasts beautiful light throughout and even has air conditioning for those warmer Paris days.
