Summer vacation

My stay was wonderful. I took my Grandson, Great Nephew and Daughter for a "back to school" weekender. The condo was in excellent condition with a welcoming "spirit". The proximity to the beach was AMAZING, as well as the beach.The complex was very spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.I am planning a visit for late August, right now!!!

Summer Vacation

This is the 4th year we have stayed at Seawinds. Such a beautiful view. Everything was great. Two years ago I had some issues with this condo, this year everything was corrected and my family had a great vacation.

Great stay in Ormond Beach!

Our stay overall was great. The home was nice and cozy and just right for the three of us. It was really clean and provided everything we needed as far as essentials. It wasn't too far from all the things that we wanted to do. Being an alumnus of BCU, the location allowed us to enjoy homecoming.

I love the location. It's steps from the beach. The pool is nice. There's a Dunkin Donuts and a Publix right across the street.

Beach Views are great and Not Far from the Track for the Race

The balcony view of the Sun rise and Master Bed Room View was great. I wished it wasn't so cold on Saturday but Sunday was great. We go to Dayton for the Rolex 24Hr race and try to to stay close this will be our new spot for next year looking to rent it again.

Perfect Peace

If you are looking for a place away from it all, THIS IS IT! A place of perfect peace. We loved it. We are a quiet family that just loves to stay right there at the condo for the entire week. We rarely go out for anything, and this place made that entirely possible. The balcony was the perfect place the just sit and reflect and have that early morning coffee. And late evening coffee too.

This condo is perfect for our group. We were steps from the beach, just 8 minutes from all the amazing resturants. The condo came fully stocked with pots and pans, linens, extra necessities if needed (shampoo, lotion, etc) Extremely quick to answer any text messages! Would 10/10 rent again

This was overall a very nice place to stay at. The views were amazing and the location was convenient for what I needed it for. I was bummed that tv in the master bedroom did not work. It appears to possibly be missing a component. Otherwise it was amazing.

We didn't have a parking pass for both vehicle's and there were no key fobes per the laminated note at the condo. Also the garage door didn't work. Other than the check in process the condo was beautiful and the view gorgeous.

Manager is unresponsive

Condo is clean. The outside of the building is being rejuvenated. We were disturbed by the racket of an air chisel near our balcony. We complained to VACASA and asked for some sort of compensation for the disturbance which destroyed the atmosphere that we had paid for in advance. VACASA said they would contact the manager to ask for compensation. No further response was forthcoming. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and both times the manager failed to address our concerns. We don’t think that a “manager” exists at this location. We won’t be going back.

Never rehearsed nt this place!!

We arrived for check in. We walked into to find the condo still dirty from last renter. dirty sheets balled up on bed, dirty towels on floor, dirt wash rags hanging in shower with used soap. Trash full, counters filthy with food, food in fridge, stove was dirty, smelled awful and no cleaning supplies etc. Then the batteries in the tv remotes etc were dead so could not use the Tv. We cleaned then cleaners showed up two hours after check in. They made beds half of pillow had no pillow cases. did not leave enough towels, one wash cloth for 4 people and they had no batteries. Also the parking permits were not there to put in our cars. We called Vacasa the management never fixed issues

Awesome Vacation

This property is directly on the beach and the pool is co-joined. I took my grandsons for a back-to-school outing. We didn't want to spend quite a bit of time out and about. Publix bring across the street helped with that. We had an amazing time. I am planning my 70th birthday weekend as I type .... Completely in love with Seawinds Condominiums💙🌹💙

Family Vacation for Three

The location is great. You are directly on the beach with pool/beach access. It is also a no-drive beach which is great! The location is safe. Publix is right across the street and several great restaurants are nearby. The beach is very clean and they keep the pool clean, as well. This may be a common rental issue, but I would bring extra towels, washcloths and cleaning products as well as beach equipment such as umbrellas.

Disappointed

While the location is great, the condo unit is likely the dirtiest place we have stayed. There was black mold/mildew on every faucet and the master shower head (kitchen faucet was covered in it - must not have been cleaned in months). Even the master shower had black mold/mildew in much of the grout and on the tiles. The property manager (Vacasa) offered to send a housekeeper but we were on vacation - who wants a maid to come over while you are on a short beach stay! I had already cleaned the faucets and the spare bathroom shower was clean. Both bathroom sinks drained so slow that if you weren't careful, they would overflow. Again, they offered to send a plumber but we weren't willing to have someone come work on the place during our short stay. Shoes/socks indoors are also a must as the floors were so dirty. If housekeepers cleaned between guests, how is it possible these things were not noticed? Note also there are no kitchen towels, no bath mats, no hot water in master bath sink. Beds were okay, but the sheets were the thinnest we've ever seen. Bath towels provided were fine. The pool area is fine and parking was very easy, and Publix is practically across the street. All in all, we would not stay there again - and we visit Ormond Beach frequently.

Great little getaway

I wish our stay had been longer! This place is perfect. Awesome view from the balcony, the sunrise was awesome to watch with a cup of coffee. Great location, clean, comfy beds and living space. The recliner is amazing! Lots of room and a full kitchen. We didnt use it much since our stay was just for an extended weekend, but it seemed to have everything one needs. The parking situation was a little unclear, at check-in, it seemed we needed a parking pass but we didn't have one. It didn't seem urgent to anyone as we never received one, but our car was fine parked the duration of our trip. We also didn't visit during peak season so maybe it matters most when it's spring and summertime. Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Ormond Beach. We will gladly book again when we find ourselves back in Ormond.

Our July Vacation

We loved this condo! It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for dining out, getting groceries, and shopping. The atmosphere was relaxing and everyone was so friendly. We will definitely stay here again!
