The master bedroom has a Doppelbeltt, the two single beds in the second bedroom can be apart or put together as needed.   A fifth sleeping space is quickly furnished on the sofa bed in the living area.   A valuable comfort are the two shower rooms of the house. For cozy comfort floor heating makes the whole house.   The open garden plot offers space to play and relax in sunny places.   In front of the house there are two parking spaces.
