We invite you to come stay at our Fort Lauderdale Boat House; Located just minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Beach and Las Olas Blvd where all the best dining and shopping Fort Lauderdale has to offer!

Aside from it's prime location, the best part of our home is our Resort-like backyard that includes a fully covered patio area with Kamado BBQ grill, lounging chairs, smart TV, hammocks, Patio table, serving table and private boat dock with 4 longing chairs to view the boats coming and going. Inside amenities include king size beds with larger smart TV's, fully equipped kitchen to cook or bake your favorite meals and comfortable sofa and recliners for relaxing.

This home is owned and managed by private family members, you will be dealing directly with the owners and NOT with a management company with 1000's of houses to manage. Please read our reviews!

Wonderful Stay

House was great. Loved the backyard area. Very good location. Easy walk to many things. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Plenty of room for 2 couples to spread out. Loved the king size beds.

Perfect for us.

The place is laid out well for two couples. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the living space inside and out. We grilled out and watched the Super Bowl on the lovely deck area, spending several hours outside. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes, utensils and cookware. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay as it worked well for us.

Charming but Could Use Improvements

This is a charming little house located close to the beach and 1.5 miles from the heart of Las Olas Blvd. We stayed here for 3 weeks. The house could use a couple of upgrades. The couch and two of the chairs around the table are fabric and stained/soiled. This was a turn off. The tv on the deck is streaming only which was a big disappointment. The tv in the 2nd bedroom is streaming only as well. Also, the owner keeps his boat out back. The boat is on a lift and completely blocks any view of the canal and surroundings. You're just staring at the side of a boat. On the flip side, the neighborhood is terrific.

What a wonderful vacation in Fort Lauderdale. Fantastic location, great host. Everything you need for an enjoyable trip is here. The host is friendly and super attentive to what you need or want. Second time staying at this location. We will return.

The Arboleda's have been South Florida residents for decades. We enjoy the year-round warm weather and like to be outdoors, like on our boat and at the beach.

Why they chose this property

This home has been our beach getaway for a couple of years. We enjoy the great location! Morning walks to the beach for coffee, short bike rides down Las Olas Blvd for some shopping and dining...and of course, our back yard/patio for winding down, are things we look forward to when we stay here. The home is cozy but has all the essentials. As close as you are to so many activities, it feels like an oasis and a respite from busy life!
