We only accept booking for the months of January and February if booked together. No less than 2 months booking for those two months.

Only 3 minutes walk to the beach, cross A-1 Hwy. This two bedroom is located in a beautiful Spanish style villa and nestled in a lush tropical setting. The wood fencing offers privacy to the front courtyard. The heated in ground pool surrounded by pavers, is perfect for sunbathing, dining and relaxation . This gorgeous property has a guest house feel and is steps to Fort Lauderdale Beaches. It is beautifully decorated and has a new gourmet kitchen with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. Tile flooring throughout and wide-open living, dining and kitchen areas maximize light and views through the large windows overlooking the courtyard and the pool. The master bedroom has a King bed and TV and the second bedroom has a queen size bed.

Fort Lauderdale is a city on Florida's southeastern coast, known for its beaches and boating canals. The Strip is a promenade running along oceanside highway A1A. It's lined with upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, boutiques and luxury hotels. Great location and beach house

Perfect for what we were looking for. 1 minute walk from the ocean, semi private pool. Great living room and kitchen. And a short drive to just about anywhere in Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommend.

Last time we stayed in Ft Lauderdale we stayed in a beach front high rise. This was definitely better. Single story —- no waiting for elevators. There are only 3 apartments. Great pool. Two minute walk to the beach. Owner is awesome. The apartment had everything we neede and more. It’s outside of the craziness of Ft Lauderdale but close enough to drive if that’s what you’re looking for. Great place to stay and we can’t wait for our return visit!

We had 2 families and rented 2 of the 3 units in this vrbo. Our family loved the pool. It was an easy, short walk to the beach. Very nice accommodations, and amenities. The windows were not clean though. We would stay here again.

Place is awesome!

This is our second time staying at this property. the first time we were in a one bedroom this time we were in the two bedroom and it was wonderful! You have a lot of privacy but are a couple miles away from all the action in either direction.

Always enjoy the stay

We typically visit this property at least twice a year and each time, we thoroughly enjoy our visit. The condo is clean, the pool is refreshing, and the property is conveniently located a block from the beach with all attractions (shopping, restaurant's) a short drive. The owners are attentive to our needs and if anything needs fixing, they are on it. We will definitely continue to make this our home away from home! :-)

A lovely sanctuary with a heated pool in the middle of a quiet courtyard. Easy walk to the beach, with nice beach chairs and towels to go with. Beautifully decorated. Very clean. We will be back!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

It is set in a quiet location with the ocean just steps away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. In the morning the street is shaded making our long walks and runs cooler. The pool area is a quiet oasis. The plant life around the pool and geckos make you feel like you are on a tropical island. Everything is a short drive away if you decide to leave. Wonderful stay and hosts are very quick to respond. Will definitely stay again and have already recommended it to others!

Great location - very clean - could use some better kitchen things - no plastic containers with lids that fit - not great pans. Loved the pool. The 2nd bedroom was really small - only one person can really sleep in there so our 4th person had to sleep on the couch which was OK.

Why they chose this property

We have been vacationing in Fort Lauderdale for over 15 years while our children were still young. Since then we have returned again and again first as a family and recently just the two of us. We have decided to retire here because of all the wonderful family memories we have in Fort Lauderdale and the beautiful beaches and sunny skies. We fell in love with Palm Shadows at first sight over 5 years ago and were finally able to acquire it

What makes this property unique

The Spanish style L shape architecture with the court yard and the pool situated in the front of the property as well as the tropical lush setting make you feel in a paradise and in constant holidays. Before retiring into Fort Lauderdale we used to stay at Palm Shadows when we came down. It is the ultimate vacation home that one could dream off.
