About this property

Very comfortable u. spacious. Apartment with natural wood furniture from our own production

Our house is right in the center of town, shops such as bicycles, ski rental, village shop and bakery are within 100 meters.
In winter, the Sonnenbichllft / ski school in the village with a feeder to the Almkopfbahn can be reached in a few minutes.
It is only 150 meters to the swimming lake with a leisure facility (mini golf, rafting, climbing forest, etc.).
The train station is about 200 meters away from our house.
The apartment is 54 m2 in size, equipped with natural wood furniture from our own production.
In the garden there are seats and loungers as well as a large terrace with barbecue facilities.

Beautiful property in a gorgeous setting! The apartment was extremely spacious and comfortable, and was just perfect for our party of 4. The town was lovely, and the scenery couldn't be beat. Would definitely return again and highly recommend.

Quintessential Alpine House!

Beautiful Tyrolean Alpine home is small village close to main roads. Host was charming and super friendly. He was a wood worker and Forest Ranger, building all the furniture and trim etc in the house. The view of the Alps from all the windows was stupendous. @ Minute walk to the local tiny grocery/deli/bakery shop available. Lots of local outdoor activities: castles, ruins, hiking/ biking, Highline179 (400 meter walking suspension bridge over gorge connecting 2 ruins along the old Salt Road) restaurants all within walking or short drive. Great relaxation/fun.

Très beau village aux pieds des alpes beaucoup de neige et très bonne pour le ski piste très proche a pied ou en voiture à 3 kilomètres nous avons passé une très agréable semaine et les autrichiens accueillants mêmes avec le problème de langue car nous ne parlions ni allemand et anglais je recommande

Zeer comfortabel, schoon en gezellig ingericht appartement

Een heerlijk appartement! De eigenaar is timmerman en dit is terug te zien in de inrichting. Het appartement is netjes, schoon, functioneel maar vooral gezellig ingericht. 2 aparte slaapkamers met een tweepersoonsbed met separate matrassen die prima liggen. Een heerlijk schone badkamer met handige opbergplankjes en niet te vergeten een warme douche. (duurde wel even dat het water warm werd maar was daarna heerlijk warm). De woonkeuken is super gezellig ingericht met veel hout, een Oostenrijkse bank met tafel en 2 stoelen maar ook een zitbank. Het uitzicht is daar super! Vanuit 2 ramen kijk je op de zugspitze en bergen. Het bevat een klein keukentje met alle voorzieningen. Een 2 pits elektrische kookplaat, magnetron, koelkast, kleine vaatwasser en nog wat andere kleine keukenapparaten. We voelden ons er gelijk thuis. En .....op loopafstand van een sleepjeslift die verbinding maakt met de almkopfbahn die naar het skigebied Berwang gaat. Broodjes zijn op minuut loopafstand te koop in de buurtwinkel. Wij vinden het een echte aanrader!
