Beach Dreams and Golfers Delight
Serene 3rd floor condominium overlooking a pool and in a golfing community in the heart of Myrtle Beach. A calm and comfortable space to relax with all you need to enjoy a golf and/or beach vacation. Swim at the number of pool options or head to the beach with ease- you're only about a mile away from the beach! Stocked with all the comforts and amenities you could need to enjoy your vacation and feel at home. This building is only 3 stories with NO elevator access .
The space: Newly renovated 3rd floor condominium as of September 2021. New floors, kitchen, appliances, furniture and decorations. Be one of the first to stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom home with vaulted ceilings, bay windows, balcony overlooking the pool and open living and dining space. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath, the master completely private. The large living space has a queen size pull out bed and the second bedroom has a twin trundle. Pack and play also available for our tiny sized guests. Sleeps 6 guests comfortably.
Guest access: Ample free guest parking in front of and surrounding building.
Other things to note: Condo is on the third floor. NO elevator access in this building. NO motorcycle/Commercial vehicle parking permitted. No Smoking of any kind including Electronic-cigarettes permitted inside , if there is evidence of any smoking, security deposit will not be reimbursed.

Excellent property for that perfect vacation. Nothing missed the mark of perfection. Centralized location for the best of the beach, shopping, and dining. Family friendly accomodations where we felt at home and safe.

We are Myrtle Beach locals- born and bred. We love our beautiful beach town and are always happy to make recommendations if you need any. Our parents moved to the area in the 1970's and, as you can imaging, we have been previewed to a lot of change and development over the course of the 40+ years our family has been there. One thing that has not changed- the beauty of mother nature. We love spending time at the beach or boating down the intracoastal waterway.
Why they chose this property
This property is located in such a wonderfully central part of Myrtle beach. The condominium community located on the beautiful MrytleWood Golf Course in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Close, convenient location to local attractions like Broadway at the Beach and MOST importantly, the beach (1.5 miles) ! Likewise you will have easy access to all the main roads and bypass (HWY 31) to get you where you need to go quickly and easily. Enjoy all the amenities of a private getaway with modern amenities when you stay with us. Each set of buildings surrounds a pool and outdoor patio outfitted with a communal BBQ and open green space. Guests have access to all 5 outdoor pools, as well.
