Very nice holiday home with beautiful garden and a sunny terrace.

The detached holiday home has a sunny terrace surrounded by a beautiful garden (160 sq.). It is a wonderful starting point for a wonderful hike on the beach, biking, or cultural holiday.

Holiday house 'Magnolia' offers all the comforts you could wish for on a holiday. It is modern and stylish decorated.

Layout:
Entrance area: bathroom with large shower, toilet, sink and mirror. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and a beautiful dining table. The living room has a large comfortable sofa bed and a TV. A wall cabinet with sliding door separates the bedroom and living area. The patio doors lead to the sunny terrace with garden table and comfortable garden chairs and garden.

The holiday house is located on the western edge of Limmen in the municipality of Castricum (5 km). Castricum is a pretty seaside resort with a beautiful kilometer-long sandy beach, beach pavilions, a shopping center (2.5 km) and a pretty village centre with restaurants, shops and terraces. The beach can be reached by bike or by car. Parking on the beach is available (about 6 euros per day).

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus und zuvorkommende Gastgeber

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten einige schöne Ausflüge mit dem Rad in die Umgebung machen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. In den Abendstunden hört man immer wieder mal Flugzeuge im Landeanflug. Die Gastgeber Nathalie und Daniel sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für die schönen Ferien bei Euch.

Die Urlaubswoche haben wir in der sehr schönen und sauberen Unterkunft genossen. Die Betten waren hervorragend zur Erholung. (Endlich mal keine Kreuzschmerzen). Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlendswert.

Eine Unterkunft zum rundum wohlfühlen

So groß unser Pech mit dem Wetter war... Viel Wind, Regen und Kälte.... So groß war unser Glück mit dem wunderschönen wahnsinnig geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhäuschen, welches wir dann auch in recht großem Umfang genossen haben. Leider konnten wir aufgrund der miserablen Wetterlage von der schönen Terrasse keinen Gebrauch machen. Dennoch war es von drinnen ein schöner Blickfang. Bis auf das Wetter war alles perfekt!!!! Unterkunft, ausgesprochen freundliche und sympathische Vermieter, sowie eine sehr schöne Gegend.

Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes, gepflegte und sauberes Ferienhaus. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Alles in allem ein schönes Häuschen in dem man gut einen Urlaub verbringen kann.

Bon séjour à Limmen

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hébergement . L'accueil de Nathalie et Daniel a été parfait et très chaleureux . Ils sont vraiment à l'écoute et aux petits soins. La maison est confortable et décorée avec gout . Le linge de maison, les serviettes étaient fournis et le lit fait . Toutefois l'annonce publiée ne précise pas que la maison, bien qu'ayant son propre jardin clos, fait partie intégrante de la propriété de Nathalie et Daniel (au fond de leur jardin ) et les photos du jardin privatif ne sont pas très récentes ... les environs sont agréables et jolis à visiter avec la mer à proximité , et de jolies villes.Des commerces proches. Merci encore à Nathalie et Daniel pour leur hospitalité .

Toller Urlaub in Limmen

Das Ferienhaus ist noch schöner als auf den tollen Bildern im Inserat. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern sowie gemütlich und das Haus ist wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wenn es mal regnet, bleibt man auch gern mal in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Lage zum Strand und zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ideal. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastische Unterkunft und noch fantastischere Vermieter

Wir haben es sehr genossen in Limmen. Ruhige Lage und ein top gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Vor allem Nathalie und Dan geben einem ein Gefühl zuhause zu sein.

schönes Häuschen mit liebevollen Gastgebern

Wir haben hier zwei wundervolle Wochen mit unserem Baby verbracht. Wir sind wahnsinnig liebevoll empfangen worden. Die Gastgeber sind einfach top gewesen! Die Gegend ist sehr schön in direkter Nähe zu den Dünen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Der kleine Garten hinter dem Haus lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Wir haben in diesem sehr sauberen, komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus mit gepflegtem kleinen Garten eine wirklich erholsame Woche genossen. Auch die vielen abwechslungsreichen Möglichkeiten für lange Radtouren mit Badestopp an diversen Stränden haben uns begeistert! Toll!

Lag afgelegen in wijk in aanbouw. Weinig in omgeving te beleven

Leuke woning, leuke verhuurder, omgeving minder leuk. We zoeken meer afwisseling en vertier. Druk vliegverkeer over Limmen, dat was snachts storend. Moesten eerder vertrekken ivm omstandigheden.

Perfekt!

Wir waren mit unser zweijährigen Tochter für zwei Wochen zu Gast bei Daniel und Nathalie und haben es genossen! Unsere Tochter durfte die Hühner der beiden besuchen und konnte im abgegrenzten Garten des Häuschen spielen. Leider gibt es in Limmen keinen eigenen Spielplatz, aber in Fußnähe Schafe, Ziegen und einen Bahnübergang mit blinkenden Schranken. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, aber die Flugzeuge nach Amsterdam Shiphol haben wir schon gesehen. Die Fenster sind allerdings gut isoliert und insofern hat es uns nicht gestört. Es waren schöne Ferien! Vielen Dank!

Pretty little cottage, nice back yard if you have dogs (we always stress about having enough space for them). One minor recommendation would be to complete fencing in the back yard, the bush allow for small dog to find a way out. Very close to beach, city and train station if you want to visit both. Very nice and accommodating host! Loved the little souvenir welcome gift!! Classy touch. House all amenities and more, clean, and cozy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Wunderschöne Ferien in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Amsterdam :)

Wunderschöne FeWo in Noord Holland. Sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr hundefreundlich und nur 10 min mit dem Auto vom Strand in Castricum aan zee entfernt. Optimale Anbindung nach Amsterdam ab Castricum Bahnhof. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen :) Sehr nette Eigentümer, die direkt auf dem Grundstück wohnen und die auch schon mal eine fast 10kg schwere und vergessene Einkaufstasche nachsenden :)

Ein Urlaubstraum!

Wir waren vom 30.April bis zum 05.Mai 2017 die ersten Feriengäste in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Super Ausstattung, sehr gemütlich, nette Vermieter, modern, geschmackvoll, edel & mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön & sichtgeschützt. Man ist total für sich & kann die Ruhe genießen. Auch die Siedlung drum herum ist ruhig gelegen & wunderschön. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wanderungen, man ist schnell am Meer oder in schönen Orten. TOLL!
