Property was Great. Problems with other guests.

We loved the property. It was beautiful and was very convenient as it was close to Cortland and Greek Peek. When we arrived it was a different room than we were expecting but it still worked for us. There was a huge ladybug problem. We caught and released about 30 ladybugs during the duration of our stay. We had a terrible problem with the upstairs guests. They were up after quiet hours and would wake up around 6-7 AM. They had a noisy toddler who was running around as soon as the sun went up. We contacted the hosts but this did little to stop the load noises. We were able to view the other rooms on our last night, thanks to the kind host. We can definitely see ourselves staying here again as the rooms are updated, newly renovated and modern (as long as the other guests are more respectful next time)

Lovely property

Our weekend was quiet for the most part, until the neighbors checked in....they were a bit loud as they walked around upstairs, and the neighbors to the side, were also loud, but it was New Years Eve and everyone was in a party mood I suppose. I thought that I was renting the room with a kitchenette, so was slightly disappointed not to see that when we walked into our room. (maybe add a toaster in room #1) Other than that it was a lovely property and so close to Greek Peak! We highly recommend this bnb and would stay again in the future.

Comfortable, clean convenient room

A nice stay in a clean recently remodeled room, a short driving distance to Ithaca where my daughter attends Ithaca College. Located next door to Greek Peak Resort so a perfect place to stay and ski, will definitely return

A Delightful Stay!

We loved staying here! The room was large, well-appointed, perfectly kept, and spotlessly clean. The building itself was charming, and the owners were great. We would love to stay here again next time!
