Low Cost Alternative to rents paid in Ithaca. This is a “Handicap Accessible”efficiency apartment being part of a single family home located in a very nice residential area in the Village of Dryden. 650 sq. ft. with a queen size bed, fully stocked kitchenette including, full bath/whirlpool tub/shower, internet TV, and WiFi.

Owners live upstairs and are fully Vaccinated for COVID-19.

Parking is conveniently adjacent to outside door.

-Cayuga and Seneca Wine Trail
-Hiking at one of the State Parks within a 1/2 hour of the house (Treman, Buttermilk Falls, (Taughannock Falls 45 minutes, and Watkins Glen 1 hour).
-The Greek Peek resort (10 minutes away for Winter Skiing, summer has a zip line, mountain biking, mountain coaster etc. plus an indoor water park.

Pile used bathroom towels, wash cloths, hand towels in one pile on floor of bathroom (not on floor carpets).
Remove garbage bags including food from fridge, tie bag off and put in garbage can in garage. Leave keys in little basket on dresser in foyer

Close to Ithica and Cornell this clean, complete basement apartment has everything we needed: fully furnished kitchen, comfortable seating area, Queen bed, and soaking tub. While there is no window, the air conditioner/fan keeps the air moving and fresh. We enjoyed relaxing here after sightseeg and slept soundly in this quiet cacoon.

This apartment has an excellent location. The owners provided very good instructions. It is in a basement and has no windows which is nice for privacy. It is well furnished and very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kathi was very nice and friendly and the apartment was clean—perfect for the two of us on a four day stay in the area. Just a fifteen minute drive to Ithaca and convenient to many of the state parks and waterfalls and Finger Lakes wine trails. We’d enjoy staying here again next time we come to Ithaca.

Very Private

Was a great little place for me , my son and his friend. The owners gave us our privacy, we didn't even meet them, it was like having our own place. Everything was easy, clean and just perfect. Close to Ithica, bike paths, waterfalls etc.

Great stay for single person

A pretty good place for the price. There was no toilet paper or tissues though restocked, but after a day they brought new stuff down. They were very accommodating for my earlier check in and later check out. Overall a great stay I will consider in the future if I need a longer stay in the area again!

Overall nice spot. It’s small but convenient. Perfect spot for 1-2 people to stay. I was there for a baseball tournament with my Son. It was better then staying in a hotel and was probably cheaper. Overall clean. Very accessible. Convenient location. I would definitely stay there again. Perfect for couples.

We were in town to attend an intensive 5-day course at Tompkins Cortland Community College. Visiting kid in college

My husband and I were visiting our son for Family weekend at college. All hotels were booked from months in advance. I found this gem of a little place and we will be using it every time we visit our son from now on. Apt is clean and perfect size for the 2 of us. Home owners who we met separately were wonderful. Just what we needed

We were lucky enough to find this apt at the last minute when we needed to attend a family funeral and most hotels/motels were booked due to it being Family Weekend at Cornell University. Steve and Kathi could not have been more kind and accommodating. This was a perfect spot to recharge ourselves--every clean and w/in easy driving distance to Ithaca. The mattress may need a little updating, but this was a minor issue. We will definitely keep this apt in mind the next time we visit. And again, Steve and Kathi were ever so kind.
