Perfect Finger Lakes getaway! Beautiful space, modern, clean, sunrise view, in a residential neighborhood. Provided amenities: linens and bedding, WiFi, cable/smart TVs with streaming apps, stocked kitchen, coffee/tea/cream/sugar & your own patio.

Your quiet apartment is on a cul de sac, is close to Cornell, Ithaca College, downtown, parks, Cayuga Lake, hiking and biking trails, wineries and breweries. Two miles away is Ithaca College, one more mile is the Commons & you are at the foot of Cornell’s campus. Easy 30 min. to Seneca Lake/Watkins Glen State Park trails and more wineries.

Ithaca is Gorges plus! Lots of gorges, plus wineries, breweries, Cayuga Lake and Seneca Lake are the closest, and birding areas nearby. Our backyard has bunnies and occasional deer to watch from your patio, kitchen table or living room couch. Behind the apartment is a town of Ithaca walking trail to a small pond and Gazebo.

Arriving guests walk on a short pathway to the back door entrance. There's a contactless keypad entry, and you are able to enjoy your own apartment with an outside patio, table and chairs. One off street (flat) parking spot is included. We are available for any questions, concerns, or advice on the local area!

Mother’s Day Weekend

I celebrated mothers day weekend and stayed at this one bedroom apartment. It was private and very comfortable. I also met some cute backyard bunnies!

Serenity

Nancy and Peter’s place is perfect for a couple’s weekend escape. Close enough to all that Ithaca has to offer and close to many beautiful hiking areas, but away from the buzzy urban energy. It is quiet, clean, very well appointed and easy to find. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean apartment in quiet neighborhood

My husband and I enjoyed staying here four days while exploring Ithica. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. There is a private entrance around the back of the house. The yard was large and nicely landscaped with a glider on the porch, which was pleasant to relax on. The neighborhood is quiet and away from the busier part of town, but still close to most places of interest. Peter and Nacy were friendly and helpful hosts. We would definitely rent this property again.

We love to exercise, grew up here and we know the area. Ask us about trails for hiking, running and cycling, kayaking on Cayuga Lake. Come visit wineries, breweries, restaurants a few miles away or take a short ride to Seneca Lake. Finger Lakes Region is our home. We continue to monitor the news for states with quarantine advisory and may need to change reservations for health and safety reasons. Contact less check-in but we are available to answer your questions.
