Experience a brand-new, modern 2-bedroom with serene hill views, just 15 mins from Cornell & Ithaca College. This professionally designed retreat comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two king bedrooms, offering a fully-equipped kitchen and luxurious finishes. In-unit washer/dryer. EV Charger. Perfect for school visits or a peaceful getaway.



The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building with our property management office downstairs. The space is quiet and relaxing.



The Space:

-BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION- Built in 2026

-KITCHEN: The fully outfitted kitchen gives you everything you need to cook and serve all your meals. The kitchen features custom concrete countertops and stainless steel appliances. We also provide the following to make your stay easy and comfortable: salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee creamer, sugar, Starbucks K-cups for the Keurig, paper towels, cleaning supplies, sponges, and dishwasher detergent.

-BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed with high-quality linens to give you the hotel sleeping experience

-BATHROOOM: Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer, and toilet paper are provided.

-INTERNET: High-speed Wi-Fi has a strong connection across the property

-LAUNDRY- In-unit washer and dryer with provided laundry pods and dryer sheets.

-EV CHARGER: Level two EV charger located on the front of the building with NACS (Tesla) and J1772 connections

-SELF CHECK-IN- Use your provided smart lock code during your stay for a keyless experience

-HEAT/AC- Central heat and AC with a thermostat you control

-LOCATION: 15 minutes to Downtown Ithaca, Cornell University, and Ithaca College. Nearby waterfalls, Cayuga Lake, wineries, and many hiking trails

-EXTRAS: For the kids, we include a Pack N' Play. For dogs, we have a crate if you need it (Dogs are welcome when listed on the reservation. Sorry cats are not allowed)

-WE TAKE HOSTING SERIOUSLY: These aren’t just houses, they’re our homes. Our properties are professionally cleaned, maintained, and designed by us and our team. By self-managing our properties we can ensure you have a seamless, easy, and enjoyable visit. In the event something comes up, we’re available 24/7 with emergency maintenance to jump in and make things right.
