Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure.

We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger.

It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st.

The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. Dog friendly, sorry no cats or other pets

Our stay was wonderful in every way. The pool was great fun between sightseeing trips into Ithaca. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with three levels and several porches for places to get away from the group and common areas to be all together. The proximity to Ithaca while being in a quiet, private location was just what we were looking for. We hope to return again!

The perfect retreat in Ithaca

Loved everything about this place. Newly renovated, extremely well appointed and no chores to perform upon checkout, which is rare and great. Plus the pool was heated as advertised. Highly recommended.

The rental met all our expectations! It was exactly as expected and as promised. The host was professional and addressed minor issues promptly. The house was beautiful in a great location and the pool was the cherry on top! Absolutely awesome stay!! You should rent it!

Relaxing family getaway

Excellent place to stay while touring through the finger lakes. Our young family really enjoyed the hammocks, firepit, foosball table, pinball, and the pool on lazy days while we relaxed at the house. Only about 30 minutes away from the parks/waterfalls that we wanted to visit. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and Evan is very responsive. Side note - if you are looking for a unique experience, check out goat yoga at ZiegenVine Homestead farm.

Perfect for our family with young children! We especially loved the pool and outdoor areas—the provided s'mores kit was such a fun touch. The house was spotless and well-stocked with thoughtful extras, including plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, so we never had to worry about running out. The location is excellent, too; it's very close to town for quick food runs and a short drive to nearby state parks.
