Great property with beautiful garden to sit in, nice indoor spaces to hang out, convenient coffee bar, and everything was well labelled. Incredibly close and convenient location for our event at the Inn at Taughannock Falls.

Great location. We love to hike through all the local gorges, especially Taughannock Falls. Nearby wineries. Back yard was spectacular with outdoor dining table, grill, fire pit, very private with beautiful woods and flowers.

This was a nice place to stay for college move-in weekend. The house was easy to find and very spacious. It was quiet and relaxing. One item to note is that there were limited grocery and dining options in the immediate area, especially during college move-in weekend. There were many more options in Ithaca, about a 15-20 minute drive.

Ann was great and very responsive. We had a lovely time playing games, hiking and enjoying the big picture window in the dinning room. Plenty of room of 6 people.

The cottage was so quaint and the garden was beautiful. Beds were comfy, even the pullout sofa! It was unusually well stocked with the basics, including spices, etc. All the baby essentials were great to have as we were traveling from Wisconsin. My only suggestion is to upgrade the bath towels.

Anne’s cottage is truly magical we had an amazing stay, the location, the serenity and the beautiful setting all added to the feeling of being somewhere truly special. It was our daughter’s wedding and I can’t imagine having stayed anywhere else to celebrate our event which was down the road at camp comstock which is another amazing venue. Our week there was truly special and we hope to go back soon.

Great place to stay

The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the flower gardens. Very close to the Taughannock SP where did an easy hike to the waterfall. House was comfortable and well-equipped.

Nice location across from Taughannock Falls State Park and 10-20 min away from Ithaca attractions. Full kitchen and beautiful tables both inside and out made eating in worth it! Plenty of games and toys to provide toddlers with entertainment. The hosts were very pleasant and went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns we had!

I was dropping my son off for college and the house was perfect. Very close to Cornell and downtown Ithaca. Clean, comfortable, organized home with labels on kitchen cabinets, beautiful yard. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again.

Birds and Paradise

Beautiful upstate retreat. The host has a great picture window in the back with binoculars and bird watching guides to please birders and wildlife enthusiasts.

Spacious and Comfortable in a Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage (really, more like a cozy 3 bedroom house) was clean and well-stocked with dishes, cooking tools, sheets and blankets. The location was excellent, a short drive to Ithaca and right next door to beautiful nature (lake, falls, forest).

Charming Retreat

It's a wonderful, fully stocked home! Very peaceful setting, with plenary of space for our group of 9 - a great location to reconnect with friends! The hosts go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Country Cottage was great

We had an event at a place in Trumansburg so we decided to find a place close to spend the weekend. The cottage was perfect, owners were very communicative, place was clean and well stocked, and it’s in a very convenient location. Private and relaxing atmosphere, would highly recommend!

Ann and Chad’s house

We had a wonderful time at Ann and Chad’s house. The grounds are beautiful and my 4 year old grand daughter enjoyed exploring the creek.

Great place!

We enjoyed this property, very nice hosts and beautiful landscaping! Great location. The house had a strong odor of mildew or must that our family found off putting. Otherwise, we had a great time!

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay despite the perception of a musty odor. It's a 150 year-old house with a stone foundation, so when it rains as much as it did this summer, the structure gets damp. We have provided AC units and moisture absorber boxes throughout the house to mitigate dampness as much as possible. We will continue to look for other ways to avoid this issue.

A great property!

Had a wonderful weekend with some friends at the home. It's got lots of privacy, a beautiful yard and the home is warm and inviting. ACs in every bedroom ensured it was very cool, even in July! We'll definitely book the place again next time we're headed to Ithaca :)

Nice comfortable place

The cottage is comfortable. The bedrooms (3) are certainly adequate. The forth bedroom is two very small beds. Perfect for kids. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had a nice stay.

Nice Quiet Place

Very comfortable and well stocked. Conveniently located. The toys for the 3 year old to play with was a great plus. The decorating was awesome with all the interesting objects to look at. The yard was great! Beds were comfortable. Hosts are totally awesome people!
