Lovely cozy house with a walkable playground and lots of things within a mile. I've never seen more blankets in my life! And there's window A/C in every room, so even on a muggy weekend, we were plenty comfortable.

The location was convenient. The place was as described. The neighborhood was quiet with lots of families. Need to bring your own facial tissues, food storage bags. Not necessary but we would have liked a guest book to sign and suggestions of restaurants and nearby attractions.

We were here for Cornel family weekend and also enjoyed Apple Festival. The house location was easy access to everything. All basics were supplied. Guys watched football on Sunday. When I had a question it was answered in a timely manner. The house had plenty of room to relax between activities.

The location was good and easy to get to downtown Ithaca. However, the parking situation was strange because the yard and driveway are overgrown (you run into branches when you get out of your car, the yard is really uninviting, and there’s a large bush at the street that blocks the driver’s view when trying to leave). The interior needs a lot of dusting, the decor was strange/thrown together, and the main bedroom was weird (there was a door sitting off of its hinges that probably went to a porch, the window unit has really bright lights). I noticed that the door won’t close for one of the other rooms because of the bed size. It smelled and looked like an old house that needs some upkeep and attention for renting out to guests.

Disliked: Location
Everything was nice about this place itself. I was not crazy about the location for the price but it worked for what we needed. I just felt it was over drastically overpriced. One other things was they mentioned there would be coffee there and there was not. It was ok since we were able to talk to a coffee shop . Host was super responsive. Only issue for me was it cost too much.

Charming and comfortable house in a great location in quiet neighborhood, but easy walking to downtown Ithaca. Our host Jeremy provided clear instructions, and check-in / check-out were super simple. We had a great stay with a nice little snow storm, and Jeremy made sure the sidewalk, steps and porch were cleared very quickly.
