This was a great place to stay for my boyfriend and I since we made a weekend trip out of my need to attend a conference at Cornell. The bed was extremely comfortable, check in and check were very easy, and the owners were very helpful with anything we needed! We will definitely return to the area and stay again!

Our stay was everything we wanted and needed it to be. The basement apartment was neat, clean and well appointed. The shower pressure was excellent and the blackout curtains appreciated. The motion sensor lighting outside was quite helpful in navigating our way to the entrance. Hopefully the space is available for our next trip to Ithaca, as we won’t hesitate to rent it again.

Comfortable apartment in a great location in a quiet neighborhood within easy driving distance of Cornell, downtown Ithaca, and the Lake Cayuga wineries and attractions. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, but the refrigerator was a mini drinks unit with barely enough room for a few drinks and breakfast items. There was no room in it for items normally used to prepare lunch or dinner so preparing so our meals rather than eat out wasn’t practical.

I had an amazing time. The property was beautiful. The communication with the host was on-point. Everything was clean and the host made it feel like a home away from home. I have no complaints and would love to book with the same hosts when I visit in the future.

The apartment was clean, well-supplied and quiet. Although it is a basement apartment, it had many electrical lights in the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath and several windows. There is an air conditioner, but we didn’t need it. The windows provided enough ventilation. The refrigerator could have been larger as we stayed 11 days and cooked meals. The washer and dryer were welcomed too. The host is very welcoming and accommodating. All in all, it was a convenient and comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this wonderful and warm apartment. We visited during a very cold and snowy weekend, and welcomed the warmth of the apt. The host kept did a great job of clearing the snow in the driveway and walkways
