Welcome to gorges Ithaca! Our cozy, lower-level apartment in the Northeast Ithaca community offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Nestled near Sapsucker Woods and Cornell's Lab of Ornithology, it's a bird lover's paradise. Enjoy the serene natural surroundings while staying in our clean, simply designed apartment.

Centrally located, our one-bedroom apartment provides a comfortable base for exploring Ithaca's many attractions. Relax on the queen-size memory foam mattress in the bedroom, or whip up a delicious meal in our open-concept kitchen with an island. After a day of exploring, unwind in our peaceful neighborhood.

The space

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Cornell's campus, Ithaca Airport, Lab of Ornithology, and shopping. We are also a quick drive to downtown Ithaca and the farmers market! There is also ample parking on the driveway. The local bus service (TACT) stop is just one block away from the house as well.

The living room has a Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Chromecast for you to enjoy from our comfortable couch as you relax and unwind after your adventures. The house has a private entrance from the back of the house and is accessed with a smart key lock.

As the weather warms up, you are also welcome to enjoy our spacious yard.

We look forward to welcoming you into our home and to ensuring your visit to Ithaca is one that truly allows you to see the many great things there are to do in the area.

Guest access
During your stay, you are welcome to utilize all of the spaces and amenities of the apartment. The entry to the apartment is via the laundry room that guests have access to.

If there is something you're unsure how to use, let us know and we will be happy to assist.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Queen Mattress - 2 individuals
Queen Pull Out Sofa - 2 individuals (only will be set when there are more than 2 individuals noted on the reservation)
Futon Count - 1 individual (only will be set when there are 5 individuals noted on the reservation)

If you are traveling with just 2 individuals and would like us to set the sofa bed for a separate sleeping arrangement, please let us know. There is a $20 additional fee for setup.

We have spent over 20 years in Ithaca and it's our home! We live in the upstairs unit so we're here for our guests at any time. Enjoy our home in the peaceful and quiet Northeast Ithaca community which is home to the Sapsucker woods and Cornell's Lab of Ornithology. Take a walk or morning job to Spasucker woods and explore our neighborhood.

This home is perfect for anyone visiting for business or pleasure. We would love for you to enjoy our home.

What makes this property unique

We recently renovated our entire basement apartment for family and friends to enjoy while visiting Ithaca. We're so happy we can share the home with you when we do not have family visiting. The one-bedroom apartment is very spacious and can accommodate up to 5 adults with prior notice. The open-concept living area with a kitchen makes it a great spot to relax or take in the natural beauty.
