This house is in a safe neighborhood and in a great location. The house itself, was nice and comfortable, and had all necessary amenities. Parking was good. The host was wonderful! We couldn’t really enjoy the back yard, because it was overgrown. There were some broken boards on the deck, and no seating around the “fire pit”. The bedrooms could definitely all use some blackout curtains. There was a major ant problem in the kitchen. I’m sure these things will be resolved, though. Overall, a great stay and would recommend the property.

We’re glad you enjoyed the home, location, and your overall stay! The yard has since been mowed, the deck has been repaired, and we’re adding chairs around the fire pit. We have regular pest control, and the ant issue has also been addressed. Thanks for staying with us and for the recommendation!

Host was exceptional in every way and excellent communicator. Other than some of the mattresses needing replaced, our stay was perfect. Great location and had everything we needed.

Thank you for your kind words and for staying with us! We’re glad to hear you had a great stay and appreciated the location and communication. All of our mattresses are less than a year old and carefully selected for comfort, though we understand that mattress preferences can be very subjective. We truly appreciate you sharing your feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue to evaluate and improve the guest experience.

We had a blast in Nashville! We were there for my 50th birthday party with nine of us total. The property was really nice and hosted 9 very easily with extra room to spare. The house was very comfortable and clean. Close to many different restaurants and shops within walking distance. The location was very close to downtown Nashville and was a breeze getting there. Communication with the host was amazing. They took care of all of our needs. I will happily stay here again on my next day in Nashville.
