Los Arroyos Verdes - safe, comfortable, the best living in Bucerias

Los Arroyos Verdes is a community of 36 comfortable and spacious townhouses. Casa Capulin is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom casita with a flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, fully-fenced side yard (perfect for your dog!), along with a washing machine and clothesline, and a terrace.

This is a dog-friendly community, and there are several full-time resident families. There is a dog park located on site, and the entire property is gated, making it easy to take your pup on a walk around the property.

The pool is the social hub at Los Arroyos Verdes, and is heated. There is also a pickleball court, and a basketball court, so bring your gear!

The beach is a 10-minute drive from Los Arroyos Verdes, and there is always a parking spot near the beach in Bucerias. You'll want a car to get around easily, but taxis also service the property, and you can find drivers for hire.

La Comer and Mega Soriana grocery stores are 10 minutes away, and the neighborhood convenience store is a few blocks away.

About the host

Your host

We are ex-pats from the U.S. and live in Bucerias during the winter. We love the beaches, warm weather, and especially the people of Mexico and friends we've made at Los Arroyos Verdes.

Why they chose this property

We happened upon the gem of Los Arroyos Verdes while we were traveling in our RV. Once we sold the RV, we knew we wanted to return to LAV and are now in a Casita. The neighbors are friendly and from all over the U.S. and Canada and Mexico, and everyone has a fantastic story of their journey.

What makes this property unique

Los Arroyos Verdes is close to Bucerias, but away from the chaos of the Centro area. The pool is amazing, and Casa Capulin has a fenced-in yard, making it easy to travel with your dogs.
