Gute Lage, kurze Wege zur Innenstadt und zum Hafen. Leider keine oder nur wenige Parkplätze vorhanden. Im großen und Ganzen kann man diese Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Schwerin. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral & man hatte es nicht weit in die Stadt & zum Hafen. Das einzige Makel die Matratzen waren etwas hart. Wir persönlich können diese Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.

Gute FeWo für ein langes WE

Gut zentral und schön gelegene kleine FeWo in Waren, fußläufig sind viele Ziele erreichbar. Einziges Manko waren die für unseren Geschmack recht harten Matratzen. Es war auch nicht zu laut, trotz Nähe zur Hauptstraße.

Top Unterkunft

Wir waren für ein paar Tage in Waren und haben eine Wohnung gesucht von der aus man soviel wie möglich auch zu Fuß machen kann. Mit diesem Objekt haben wir einen Volltreffer gelandet. Die WOhnung liegt direkt am Rand des Altstadtkernes und es sind nur wenige Minuten zum Hafen, zur Innenstadt oder zum gegenüberlegenen Tiefwarensee. Die Wohnung ist klein aber für 2 Personen gemütlich eingerichtet. Die nahegelegene Hauptstraße wird durch die moderne 4-fach Verglasung komplett stummgeschaltet und eine Umluftanlage sorgt für permanente Frischluftzufuhr. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und wenn Waren wieder mal auf der Reiseliste steht, werden wir hier auch wieder gerne einkehren.

Kurzulaub in Waren

Ich war eine Woche in Waren, es ist eine gepflegte schöne kleine Stadt mit einer Einkaufspassage, zwei Kirchen und vielen Restaurants. Auch die umliegenden Seen sind sehr schön, es muss nicht immer die Strandpromenade an der Müritz sein. Wer Glockengeläute nicht mag, sollte dort nicht hinfahren. Es lohnt sich die kleineren Seen mit dem Rad zu umfahren, auch den Naturpark zu besuchen. Die Fereinwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Kleinigkeiten, die man evtl. noch braucht, kann man in den umliegend Geschäften erwerben, es sind genug vorhanden. Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer sehr verkehrsreichen Straße, was den Wohlfühlcharakter einwenig getrübt hat. Wenn die Schallschutzfenster geöffnet sind, dringen die Autoabgase in das Zimmer. Bei heissen Temperaturen müssten bei Anwesenheit die Fenster geschlossen und die kleine Klimaanlage ständig eingeschaltet bleiben, da die Wohnung sich sehr erwärmt. Über der Ferienwohnung liegt eine größere 2-oder 3-Raum-Wohnung. Wenn dort mehrere junge Leute übernachten, muss man sich auf spätere Nachtruhezeiten einstellen. Da ich in der Nachsaison dort anreiste, war mein Aufenthalt soweit angenehm, für einen Kurzurlaub ausreichend.

Schöne im Zentrum gelegene Ferienwohnung

Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, guter Schallschutz trotz Bundesstraße und Eisenbahn, auch zu anderen Wohnungen, modern eingerichtet, moderne schallgeschützte Lüftungsanlage. In wenigen Gehminuten kann man die wichtigsten touristischen Attraktionen erreichen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was sie braucht. Super Lage. Man kommt schnell in die Stadt oder in die Natur. Waren selbst ist ein süßer kleiner Ort, den man nur empfehlen kann. Super zum joggen, um den Tiefwarensee vor der Haustür sind es 10km Rundkurs. Ausleihe von Rad, Boot oder Surfbrett in unmittelbarer Nähe. Genau wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kleines Manko: Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig, leider nur gegen Gebühr und manchmal ist die Straße auch etwas laut. Aber alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolle zentral gelegene FeWo

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Duschvorhang wäre angebracht eine Duschabtrennung aus Glas auf der Badewanne anzubringen. Duschvorhang klebt beim Duschen immer am Körper .
