Entrance, open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, mini-oven, microwave, toaster), living/dining room (double sofa bed, duvet, TV) opening onto a terrace extending into a small garden (garden furniture), one bedroom (two single beds, can be made into a double, duvets), shower room with WC.

Public parking nearby.
Pets allowed with a supplement (€5/day).
Electricity charges are extra except from May 30th to September 19th, 2026.
Optional extras: linen rental, baby equipment, and a mini Wi-Fi box.
