This charming BEAUTIFULLY FULLY FURNISHED townhouse is located in the 12th Avenue South district with access to many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There is a Publix grocery store, Hatti B's, and a First Watch within .3 miles! The location doesn't get any better! It is stocked with everything you might need for a furnished monthly rental, from every kitchen need to plenty of towels and more. It has high speed internet and cable. The facility complex provides access to an exercise gym facility and a pool during the warm months. It has a kitchen, dining table for 4, bar with 2 stools for seating, family room and a half bath downstairs. Recently renovated, it is furnished with 2 King beds upstairs both bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It has an outdoor patio with seating for 4 and a grill. This is the perfect place to stay in Music City!

Nice home in a nice neighborhood!

This property truly felt like a home away from home for us during our three-month visit at Vanderbilt. 12 South is a walkable, charming, and fairly quiet neighborhood. We appreciated how quickly the owner responded to our questions, and she really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay.
