Located in the heart of a wooded estate within the Valescure pine forest, this rental offers an ideal setting for a relaxing stay between the sea, nature and outdoor activities. The accommodation enjoys an open view over umbrella pines and surrounding hills.

Situated in a quiet and secure residence, guests benefit from direct access to numerous on-site facilities: seasonal outdoor swimming pool, mini-golf, multi-sports courts, tennis-volleyball court, children’s playground, pétanque area and walking paths. An independent laundry room equipped with professional machines is also available at the entrance of the building (extra charge).

The accommodation has been designed to offer comfort and practicality. It features a bright living space, tasteful decor and a terrace ideal for meals or relaxing moments.

The studio includes:
– a sofa bed,
– a bunk bed,
– a baby cot available on request,
– a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, cooking hob, coffee machine).

For your comfort, the accommodation is fully equipped and bed linen is provided for all sleeping arrangements. One bath towel per guest is included. Essential starter supplies are provided: toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, as well as basic cleaning products for end-of-stay tidying.

Air conditioning: no fixed air conditioning; a portable air conditioner is available on request.

Internet: no built-in Wi-Fi. A 4G/5G router is available; usage requires your own data plan.

Pets are accepted on request only (extra charge applies).

Self check-in: access via a secure key box; a unique access code is provided before arrival.

Parking: free parking within the residence.

Minimum stay: 2 nights.
For stays of 2 nights only, a short-stay supplement of €20 per stay applies.

A security deposit (300 €) may be requested prior to arrival to cover any potential damage.
If no damage is noted after check-out, no amount will be retained.
