Quiet neighborhood in the south Atlanta area. This housing option has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay whether you are relocating to find a new residence or traveling for work in Georgia. It is within close driving/biking distance to activities and stores including a shopping center, restaurants, and grocery stores. We are located just a 30 mins from the airport, 20 mins from Trilith/Pinewood Studios, Atlanta Motor Speedway and less than 15 mins from Piedmont Fayette Hospital.
Cozy unit in very quiet and pristine neighborhood. Jogger and walker friendly. Private entrance with ample parking. Beautiful landscape, back yard and easy access to nature. You have your own living room, dining area, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dedicated bathroom (with shower), and private bedroom. The unit has two televisions with cable and WiFi.
Entire basement suite .

The property has a standby generator for continuous power in the event of an outage. My family and I live on the main floor. However, we are pretty quiet and operate on business hours.
