This beautiful European style micro home is for rent in Trilith! This 2 bed,1 bath home comes beautifully furnished with a well appointed kitchen. Both bedrooms are furnished with Tempur-pedic queen beds and luxury bedding. Bathroom has a large walk-in glass shower. The home also boasts a Sonos sound system throughout, two smart televisions, in unit washer and dryer and inside/outside access basement for storage. Utilities are included. Enjoy its private outdoor area with infrared gas grill and large shared patio area for entertaining as well as access to the state of the art Piedmont Wellness Center, the Trilith pool, basketball court, tennis court, fire pits, lake and other neighborhood amenities. Best of all this micro home is just steps from the local shops, restaurants and Studios of Trilith (Pinewood Studios). We are a mile from Piedmont Fayette Hospital, the QTS Data Center and future site for the US Soccer Team Training Center. This home is truly a unique find!

Wonderful and Charming Home!

The property was clean, well-prepared, and very charming! Absolutely perfect for my work trip in Trilith. I especially liked coming home to the Sonos sound system, and the half-block walk to the beautiful Trilith lake. A and no complaints!
