Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
TOWELS Please place all used towels on top of the washer/dryer.
TRASH Please place all trash into bags and place it in the outdoor trash can by the fence.
FOOD please clean the grill after use. Remove all food particles from dishes before loading and running the dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking or Vaping indoor or outdoors
No loud music. There is a noise monitor in place to monitor this. Violators will be asked to leave immediately
Please use the dark towels to remove makeup. Make up stains on white towels will result in an additional charges.

Amazing Home

The property is absolutely fabulous! We loved it. There are lots of restaurants and stores in the area. Very easy to get to from the airport. I have never posted a review on VRBO with other places we stayed, but this one is worth it!!!

Home away from home

We loved it! It was spacious, and very welcoming. This is definitely a place we will be looking at in the future. Its only 22 mins from the atlanta motor speedway and it is in a good area!

Serenity Spot is also close to the Atlanta airport, Atlanta motor speedway, Trilith movie studios and more.
