This large house, fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 people, offers an ideal setting for a stay with family or friends. You will appreciate its stunning views over the entire valley, its large garden, its beautiful swimming pool and its terrace with barbecue to enjoy summer evenings. A perfect starting point for exploring the treasures of Périgord.

Pass through the front door and discover a beautiful and spacious living area of over 45m2. The modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine are also at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 10 people or enjoy the one on the terrace in summer. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably settled in the sofas facing the television and fireplace.



The accommodation has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 - on the ground floor: a master suite with a king size bed (180x200cm), storage spaces and a private bathroom with hairdryer.

Bedroom 2 - upstairs: a queen size bed (160x200cm), a chest of drawers and a large mirror.

Bedroom 3 - upstairs: a queen size bed (160x200cm) and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4 - upstairs: four single beds (90x190cm).



The accommodation features a shared bathroom on the upper floor with a hairdryer and toilet. A second independent toilet is also located on the ground floor.



For added comfort, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, two travel cots, a high chair, an ironing board and an iron are also at your disposal.
