The elegant house is separated into front and back units.
This back unit has 1 bedroom 1 bath upstairs. There is a balcony connected to the spacious bedroom. Enter the house is the open kitchen and dinning/living room. A big enclosed back yard is at the back of the house which you can entertain your family and guests, and let your dog run.
