Hot tub was out of order for our stay, which was a bummer because we selected this listing in part because of it. We were able to find a good soaking spot near by so no real harm. Other than that, it is a cute little cottage, great for dogs. Things we really appreciated was the fenced back yard, the living area was very comfortable. The cabin is located near the lake, great for walking the dog in the evenings. There are a few great cafes near by for breakfast. There is also an EV changer a few blocks away. Not typical, but appreciated was there are tags on the beds assuring bedding and comforters were cleaned after every visit. We typically camp on vacations, getting a cabin really made a huge difference in how leisurely this trip was post adventuring.

Place was very well equipped. Kitchen floor was dirty. It would be nice to have more comfortable living room furniture, maybe something that reclines? Great cabin, we enjoyed our stay.

Very good cabin. Walking distance to the lake and to restaurants and shops. Quiet part of the neighborhood.VRBO’s description of how to access the WiFi is inaccurate, but correct instructions are in the house.Hot tub was warm and nice, but the jets don’t work.

Loved the place, it had everything we needed! Perfect for walking around the area. We wanted to use the bikes as a transportation but there wasn’t a bike lock. Probably great for trail riding, though!

I absolutely loved staying here. Located in a quiet neighborhood and literally a 5-minute walk to the lake. This cabin had everything I needed and wanted. The hot tub was really nice to use after a long and gruelling hike. The onsite washer and dryer were top-of-the-line Whirlpool front loaders which made doing laundry a breeze. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated and are very nice. Wireless internet was fast and reliable with about 100 MB/s up and down symmetrical. I also loved sitting on the deck at night, breathing in that wonderful pine-scented Tahoe air while looking at thousands of stars. This neighborhood has no street lights, so you can see more stars at night than you otherwise would. I would definitely 100% recommend anyone to rent this cabin on their vacation.

What an amazing host!! The cabin is exactly as described. Super walkable and wonderful location. The beds are comfy, the house is clean and stocked with everything including basic spices. Bob is so kind and thoughtful. Bikes available for use as well. Our fur babies and us had a wonderful week in Tahoe. We cannot wait for our next visit! We will absolutely be back! You cannot go wrong renting from Bob.

Wonderful place to stay! Has all the amenities you need and it's close to stores, restaurants and bike rentals. Also a short 5 minute walk and your at the lake. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Full kitchen allows you to cook so you dont have to eat out every meal. I'd stay here again when we come back!

Description of property fairly accurate, however they list it having a fireplace which it does. It is not a working fireplace, so I feel this is deceptive. Also no toaster and wiring and lighting is old school type.Other than these minor issues, everything was as described.Great location!!

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your review. We do have a toaster in the cabinet above the refrigerator. Also, because guests used the fireplace and didn't open the vent and caused the Cozy Tahoe Cabin to get smoked out. I really appreciate taking the time to review and hope you will return again in the future. Thanks again, Bob
