Air-conditioned semi-detached house adjoining the owners' residence, with a shared 500 m² unfenced garden at the rear. Each terrace overlooks the front.

You will have a spacious 40 m² living area comprising a lounge, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob).
Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm double bed that can be configured as a bed. A shower room with shower cubicle and WC completes this floor.
Enjoy garden furniture and a parasol in front of the cottage, all within a green setting currently being landscaped. On-site parking is available.
For families with children, baby equipment (travel cot and high chair) is provided. The Buffet de la Gare, whose foundations date back to 1830, bears witness to a rich historical past. Between 1926 and 1930, this building underwent significant renovations to become a welcoming space for railway passengers. The exterior retains the authentic charm of that era, evoking a sense of nostalgia for bygone days.

Inside, the building once housed a restaurant, a refreshment stand, a hotel, and accommodations for railway workers. This heritage site, reflecting an important part of local railway history, remains a precious testament to this period, and we invite you to stay here for a relaxing break or a longer holiday.

The gîte is located in the Périgord Pourpre region, renowned for its vineyards and fortified towns (bastides), which you will have the opportunity to explore during your stay and enjoy the many cultural and sporting activities available. Not forgetting the castles, starting with Bridoire, Monbazillac, and Lanquais...
