However, guests remain responsible for any damages, excessive wear, or extraordinary cleaning that may be required due to the presence of a service animal. If additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover is needed (e.g., pet hair removal from furniture, odors, or accidents), the actual cost of that cleaning will be charged to the guest.
