You will enjoy a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a wine cellar, induction hobs, a latest-generation bean-to-cup coffee machine, and everything you need to cook with ease.

The villa has five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, blackout curtains ensuring optimal darkness, and a large wardrobe to make your stay more comfortable.

Outside, a superb 150 m² terrace invites you to enjoy the mild climate and share convivial moments.

Security: Surveillance cameras are installed outside only, facing the entrance and the pool.
They are deactivated during rentals and do not film any interior spaces or guests' private areas.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Please respect the peaceful surroundings. We do not allow parties.

During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm and to open and close the pool shutters.
Children near a pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they can swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
