Large terrace (30m ²) with seating, barbecue and plants The landlord lives in the upper floor and is always helping to the side. Shops are in the immediate vicinity and within a few minutes. RVs welcome

You live on the ground floor of a two-family house with 58 m² living space in a quiet residential area. The apartment has a bedroom (12 m²) with double bed or 2 single beds and a large living room (24 m²) kitchen, hall and bathroom, WiFi. The kitchen (8m²) is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle etc. The bathroom (10 m��) with shower, bath and toilet. The apartment has a large terrace (30m�����������������������������������������������) with seating, barbecue and plants. The apartment is comfortably furnished and linen and towels are provided.  Shops are in the immediate vicinity and within a few minutes. The possibility to eat is within walking distance.  Dogs welcome only on prior personal request to the landlord.  RVs welcome mechanics welcome

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit netter Vermieterin

Super nette Vermieterin, die Schlüsselübergabe war schnell und absolut problemlos, auch die Wohnung war sehr groß und großzügig geschnitten. Zudem war die gesamte Wohnung aber vorallem Bad und Küche sehr sauber.

Tolle FeWo, schöne Umgebung

Sehr schöne FeWo: geräumig, neu, perfekt eingerichtet, sehr nette Gastgeberin. Viele Ausflugsziele in der weiteren Umgebung. Ab Dessau sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung.

Negativ

Leider war es mit der Sauberkeit nicht so weit her, ( Wc: Vormieter waren warscheinlich Stehpinkler, Staub und Flusen in vielen Ecken). Bei der Abzugshaube in der Küche kein Licht, Schalter kaputt. Die Terrasse war nur zum Teil benutzbar, es zog dort wie Hechtsuppe. Die Internetdarstellung war sehr gut, aber leider traf dies so nicht zu. Vermieterin war zwar sehr nett und bemüht aber der Gesamteindruck war doch sehr negativ.
