The house is on two floors: on the first floor kitchen and living room with fireplace; On the second floor two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Functional furnishings. Beautiful fenced garden, equipped for outdoor dining. An ideal destination for nature lovers, the surrounding area offers many hiking trails and mountain bike routes. For sea enthusiasts, the beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Sea are only 30 km away. Ideal location for exploring the picturesque hamlets and towns of the area: 6 km the characteristic San Marino with beautiful old town and the three fortresses that dominate the small republic; 15 km from the medieval hamlet of San Leo with the imposing fortress on a rocky spur. For those who love nightlife, the cities of Rimini (30 km) and Riccione (26 km) are easily accessible. Not to mention the famous amusement parks of the Adriatic coast, ideal for young and old!
