About this property

3 stone houses in a unique location

From the hustle and bustle of the city, Le Torricelle is surrounded by fields, meadows and forests.
They live in centuries-old, rustic natural stone houses with wooden beam ceilings and original Cottobodens. Location and style of the houses and outdoor facilities are unusual and romantic.
Also from the mosaic pool, located in the middle of the houses, you have a great view of the valley of the Foglia and the surrounding hills of the Montefeltro up to the peaks of the Alpe della Luna. Around the pool there are several sun terraces and - in the gardens surrounding the houses - various furnished places.
There are 3 residential units that can accommodate a total of 12 adults and 3 children.

The "Large House" has 1 double bedroom, 2 triple bedrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen with fireplace and bathroom with tub and shower room. You enter the house via a small staircase and is in the kitchen with dining table, sink, refrigerator and 2 small electric cookers. From there a stairs up into the living room with sofa and TV. Around the living room are the 3 rooms and the main bathroom. In addition to this house you have the large kitchen and the room, which are right next to it, or under it. The larger triple room is also available as a 4-bed room (for the children) with an extra bed so that the other two bedrooms remain separately for the parents. Around the house is your outdoor area as well there is an extra terrace with a particularly beautiful view over the mountains.

The "Small House" is particularly "medieval and rustic. It consists of 2 floors: on the ground floor there is the large bathroom and extra toilet and the parents' bedroom with large double bed (180x200). From there a relatively steep wooden staircase leads to the living area on the first floor. There is also in a niche the children's sleeping area with a French double bed (140x200) and on the gallery above a large single bed (120x200), as well as the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. From the kitchen of the bathroom and the parents' bedroom there is a door to the outside to the private furnished outdoor area and garden. The house is best suited for a family as the lower and upper sleeping areas are connected by the staircase.

The "apartment" is on the ground floor and consists of 2 small rooms. In the first room is the living-dining area with sofa / single bed (90x185), table, refrigerator, crockery and a mini cooking area with 2 electric plates, but without sink (dishes are washed in bowls like Uroma). But you can also use the nearby large communal kitchen. In the second room is the bedroom with double bed (150x200). From here you go to a small bathroom with shower. The rooms were once stalls, in the first room the original stone floor is preserved, so the atmosphere is very rustic, best suited for individualists who are looking for something unusual.
