Great complex, condo needs tlc

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: - [ ] Stayed three weeks. Condo was poorly maintained and decorated. Dirty walls, carpet and furniture, many pulls missing from furniture. Deck had 2 rusty tables with no chairs. (Had one broken) small sitting area. No lighting in dining area and none in master closet. Closet doors broken and door handle in two bed bedroom. Tiles loose and broken grout throughout unit. Plus much more.

Great resort and a great value

We had a great time at the Caribe resort. The unit could use some furniture and decor updates (including the outdoor furniture) and some more useful items included in the kitchen, but it was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our time there. The resort has so many things to offer and they are taking great care of everything and so many things have been recently updated.

This place needs renovations

If I could show pictures I would. The pictures of this place which had very much potential were false. I found 2 pieces of hair that were from 2 different people on the washing machine and bathroom floor. The shower rods were rusted, shower curtains were outdated and disgusting, one of my sisters had black stuff coming out of her shower head, there was brown stuff in the tub, one of our mirrors to the closet was broken, broken knobs on dressers, severely scratched up tables, my other sister sheets were full of dust, couch needs to be replaced, and decor was absolutely horrific. We paid a great deal of money to stay here, and it was severely overpriced. The iron board was filthy and I’m pretty sure it was a blood stain that I noticed on there. Then you would think with all the money that was paid that the parking would come with it, but I had to pay more money when I got there just to park! It was good to get away from home but we Won’t be staying here again, whoever owns it needs to do renovations, and at least check on this place every now and then. Beautiful place has so much potential, but has a lack of care.

Some unit issues but the Caribe is the best

The Caribe is our go-to destination for vacation. We go once per year, staying in different units each time. We, unfortunately had issues with this particular unit. The unit comes with 3 bedrooms/3 baths which we thought was great. However, the bathroom of the bedroom which was also the hall bathroom had an inoperable toilet. Imagine waking up to use the toilet and having to wait until someone else wakes up so you can go through their bedroom to use their toilet. That was a challenge. Also, the master bedroom shower did not work. I reached out to the manager and was told that it does work. It did not and we had no less than 3 people try to get it to work. Again, we love the Caribe. it is such a nice vacation spot but this unit was dissapointing for us.
