This beautiful 3 bedroom plus media room, 3 bath condo at The Caribe is located on the 3rd floor on the highly desired side that faces the bay. The Caribe Resort offers multi-tiered pools, huge waterslides, lazy river, on-site marina, beach access, indoor pools, hot tubs, restaurants, fitness centers, putting green, tennis courts and more! The resort is waterfront with beach access. This condo offers breathtaking views of Orange Beach over the water. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. The Master bedroom and living room have gorgeous water views of the bay and there is also a flat screen TV in the living room.

The condo was nice. Higher end cabinetry and furniture. It was just what we needed for a little get-away. The resort is nicer, getting a little older. The employees are always cleaning & polite. They take pride in their work. One elevator was out in our building.

Beautiful Bay View

The Bay View was amazing, so beautiful. You can spend the day watching boats coming & going on the bay. Even saw dolphins twice from the balcony. Plenty of space, we had four adults. Each Bathroom was given only one hand towel, not good. Do think it's past time to replace bedroom linens, all of them. Also the small bedroom with water view, definitely needs new bathroom cabinetry & a good cleaning/paint. I would still recommend this condo as you will spend little time in bedrooms. The patio has fantastic furniture & fabulous views.

Great Condo - Inaccurate Listing

First of all, the condo itself is absolutely beautiful. It is nicely situated on the end of the 3rd floor and facing the bay. It was nicely appointed and not a collection of mis-matched furniture, the kitchen was extremely well-provisioned, new dinnerware, serving pieces, utensils, appliances, etc. HOWEVER: I trailered a boat for over 700 miles to Orange Beach for my week-and-a half stay and I selected this property based on the on-site marina that it advertises for a nominal fee. There is in fact no functioning marina at Caribe, despite the VRBO listing clearly stating that there is. The listing claims “boat slips are available through the HOA” and “Onsite Marina” but the marina has been closed for over a year due to hurricane Sally. In additional to the listing, eight of your first 11 photos prominently show an occupied and working marina, leading me to conclude that there is in fact a marina. When I called Prickett properties prior to booking my stay to ask about the marina and the cost they made absolutely no mention of the fact that it has been out of service for the past year. Once I arrived, boat in tow with no place to moor it, I called Prickett Properties and their response was essentially ‘sorry too bad’. This forced me to moor my boat at the nearby private marina. That was an additional several hundred dollars that I hadn’t anticipated. The best part may be that after my frustrating conversations with Prickett Properties eight weeks ago the listing still advertises a marina. Apparently they have no intention of updating the listing. If there is a feature of this property that is important to you, make certain that it exists. You can not count on the description in the listing.

Easy check in and departure. The only suggestion I have with that process is letting guests know that there are carts in the main lobby area to help unload. We went straight to garage and made several trips. The room was perfect, views are amazing. Very spacious. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but wouldn’t stop me from booking again. The pools are nice and beach access is easy. The resort restaurant is amazing. We would love to come back and stay in the same room. The bedroom without a balcony view backs up to the hallway and the light is on all night and was at too bright so we had to hand a dark trash bag over the window in order to sleep. We give this place 5/5 stars. LOVED IT!!!

Beach family trip

Great space for large family, multiple pools, multiple work out rooms with wet/dry saunas, all staff friendly, on site cafe, and short walk to a public beach. Only down side the floors were not clean, bottom of everyone’s feet were black & had to wear shoes entire time in condo.

Caribe is such an incredible place to stay that we spent most of our time having fun there. This is a lovely unit in a great area. Not the cleanest, though, but not terrible.

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at The Caribe - the lazy river was a hit with the grandbaby this visit! The location of this condo has a great view of the marina. The overall floor plan of the condo flows well ...two bedrooms have balcony access. Big kitchen is great for cooking and the adjacent living/dining area is really large. The pool closest to Building B is very mellow/quiet.

Great Family Trip

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo for a few days. We go to the Caribe every year. This was one of our favorite condos by far. Lots of room with beautiful views. Kids loved the media room. I put this one in our favorites in hopes to get to stay there again.

Beautiful Condo but Lacking Cleanliness

The condo was beautiful, but there was some damaged and could really use a deep cleaning. There was loose particles in the kitchen drawers and we had to wash everything before we were able to use it. The cabinets and drawers were very unorganized. The master shower looked as if it had not been cleaned before our arrival. If you don’t mind cleaning a little, I highly recommend this condo.
