Cocoonr offers this charming 28 m² flat for rent in Villarembert, which sleeps up to 4 people. Ideally located opposite a blue slope, it offers direct access to the ski resort, within easy walking distance, and allows you to ski to the chairlift below.

Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi included, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 14 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

* Access is via the inside of the house and a final staircase of around thirty steps to the outside.

The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility: access is by stairs only, which may make it difficult for people with mobility problems to get in.

Exterior:
- A terrace of around 4 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Depending on snow conditions, feel free to use the main building to access the slopes.

Communal areas :
- A shared heated 10x5m swimming pool, open from 17 December to 15 April and from 6 July to 27 August (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change).
- Sauna (closed on Saturdays) and small fitness room available free of charge in the residence.

The flat is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-led sleigh rides, visits to famous mountain passes (Croix de fer, Glandon, Iseran, Mont cenis)...
- Sports activities: bike park with sledges and scooters for 3-12 year-olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding...
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO toboggan race, human curling, visit to a farm 300 metres away, visit to a confectionery 200 metres away, visit to the snail farm 15 minutes away by car, torchlight descent.
- A "Family Plus" resort since 2006, with activities for all ages.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.

- Direct access from the ski room: ski to the chairlift just below. For the return journey, you can also ski straight back in.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
