This was so much fun for our family, it was our first experience staying in a Yurt. We would come back again and recommended to anyone looking for a “glamping” adventure!

Great Weekend in Bethel

This yurt was perfect for a weekend away! A very cool experience and having the Solo Stove was a great addition. The bathhouse is a short walk along a boardwalk, and the showers were perfect after a day skiing at Sunday River. Can't wait to return!

The ultimate apres ski

We had such a wonderful weekend staying here! Check-in was super easy and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. The yurt was clean and cozy and the stove kept it nice and toasty. The bath house was also beautiful and very clean. 10 minute drive to Sunday River. When a big snow storm was coming we messaged the owners to see if we could possibly extend our stay one more night and were able to. This was the perfect spot to relax after skiing a powder day! We will definitely be back and plan to bring our dog, Monty, next time! Thank you!

Great spot for short getaway

Overall, the yurt was located near town and the ski areas. The biggest complaint was the neighbors. Partied two nights in a row loudly and late…Noisiest I’ve ever had the wilderness be….It was a short stay I wished we could have acclimated to the place more. Would love to explore the trails and more around Bethel. Building and bathhouse are nicely done. Outhouse…needed some lime plus I’m not sure the party goers next door were great to share it with…bad aim.

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with your neighbors! I wish you had contacted us as we would have contacted them immediately. We are NOT a party spot and do our best to advertise and post rules about the 10pm quiet hours. Had we known there were noise issues we would have addressed them.

Ski hide-away!

We camp all the time as a family(camper not tent)but never had experienced a yurt. It combined some aspects of camping but also the comforts of home. The property was clean and had a lot of modern farmhouse touches. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

Thank you so much Catherine! We agree completely, the yurt experience is such a nice blend between camping and a more homey type feel. It's our new favorite way to "camp". We are so glad you enjoyed the experience and hope to see you back. Each season offers new opportunities locally and each of the yurts is slightly unique in location and decor. We also hope to add more outdoor amenities after winter. Come again!
