Welcome to the Lazy Cactus, a newly remodeled 2,700 sf home part of the North Peoria Community. This new vacation home has been completely renovated with a modern classic decor. The Lazy Cactus is a 2 story spacious home that offers the perfect layout for a family vacation, couples trip or a girls/boys weekend getaway. Accommodations for a memorable stay include fast wifi, relaxing backyard with a pool and fire pit, pool table and game table. These amenities will ensure a memorable vacation.

The home offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out, with 5 bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms and 2 separate living spaces. One family room downstairs and a loft upstairs. Spend your day relaxing in this beautiful desert backyard. Enjoy swimming in the pool, sunbathing on the loungers or dining under the patio. In the evening, hang out by the pool with your favorite cocktail and then gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows. When you are ready to retreat inside, you'll enjoy hours of fun with the family playing at the pool table and board games at the game table. If you are mixing business with pleasure on your trip, fast Wi-Fi and a workspace is provided for your use.

Location is ideally situated near many amenities including restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and hiking trials. With easy access to the loop 101 and loop 303 freeways, attractions that are a short commute away are Peoria Sports Complex, Arizona Cardinals stadium, Coyote arena, , Hurricane Harbor Water Park, Lake Pleasant, Scottsdale, Arrowhead mall, Tanger outlet mall, Westgate, Top Golf, Talking Stick casino, and Desert Diamond casino. You can take a daytrip to Flagstaff or Sedona which are only a couple of hours away. The house is great for multigenerational family vacations. Beyond the bedrooms, the two sitting areas and two tables let people spread out. Rob was very helpful and went beyond the typical rental manager.

This is the place!!

This home is true to its billing! Spent the weekend bonding with my adult children and never felt the need to leave. So much fun to be had with the backyard oasis .. basketball in the pool, fire pit for late night s’mores, indoor pool table with tv’s located everywhere throughout the home. In all of my travels this is one of the best short term rentals to connect with those you love and enjoy. 10/10!!
