The house had the perfect amount of space for our group both inside and out! The pool and hot tub area had lots of sun and shade space options. Bedrooms were nicely spaced - beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood - easy access to stores & restaurants.
Hot tub was not usable. One of the biggest reasons we selected this property was due to the hot tub. They did send someone out to clean but we lost two days of use. I had reached out prior to arriving to Mae sure it would be clean and ready to go. I was assured it would be. They tried to appease us by heating the pool but it took multiple days for pool to even be remotely warm enough to get in. Ask for a partial refund but was told it was expensive to heat the pool. We didn’t want pool we wanted the hot tub.
Visited Phoenix during historic rain. Check in was smooth. Home was well decorated and maintained. Floors in bedrooms and bathtubs were filthy. Wife found a mop and cleaned the floors. Pool was unheated. Hot tub was green but we were able to talk pool guy into servicing it when he was there.

Visiting During the Rainy Season?
Check in was smooth. Good amount of parking spaces. Home was decorated very well. Floors and bathtub were very dirty & dusty. We found a mop and cleaned the floors ourselves. Pool was chilly. Hot tub was green but the pool guy cleared it up. The outdoor fire pit, water fall, and outdoor stereo didn’t work but the backyard was still nice. The home was very close to family and friends.
We’ve stayed here many times throughout our son’s college career for his football games and closed out his graduation weekend with our family here. It’s a great house where many family members can stay and it not feel cramped.

Very Comfy Stay
My family got together at the house from around the country and we enjoyed our stay very much.
We loved this house for our family gathering! It had everything we needed and more. The open floor plan was perfect to accommodate our large group. The best part was the pool and patio! We spend most of our time outside and enjoyed all the amenities. I would love to go back !
This was our second extended stay here with family. The property manager this time around was quick with responses and the home was ready upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, great location and layout for large families.
Overall the house was just what was need for our group of 8. Nice big table to eat and play games all together. Great area to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather and visit. Hot tub and pool needed cleaned, customer service was quick to get that done and we were able enjoyed the Hot tub .
This is a wonderful home for a big family. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of places to escape for some quiet time. The home is stocked with everything you can imagine and the pool area and yard are fantastic!
The house is beautiful and only 35 minutes from the airport with restaurants close by. I needed a hair salon and they were as good as NYC and only 5 minutes away. We were able to squeeze in a visit to Sedona (less than 2hrs away).
The pool is clean and very beautiful. It was a plus to have a working hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating for a large family.

Great home for larger group
The home was large and extremely well equipped, the management company was great with communications. The outside living area is fantastic. The only disappointment was the pool was not heated and too cold to use in early April. The hot tub was perfect.
Our family gathered for an early Christmas celebration. The home was beautiful and property managers were wonderful. Our celebration was beyond our expectation. We look forward to future family trips in this property.

Would stay here again.
Great house, perfect location. Exactly what we were looking for in a house for a ten day vacation with multiple families. Had some issues with the cleaning/ management person of the house but the actual owner reached out, we explained our issues and the rest of the stay went well. The house is great and we would use again but the management team for the house needs to do a better job with communicating and stocking the home upon arrival.
My family gathered here for a winter break. We had plenty of room and the location was great for Spring Training Baseball. The neighborhood was great, quiet, and felt safe. The house has a few small flaws, the water pressure and water heater need some help. It took 5-10 minutes to get hot water to the showers and sinks. The water pressure was so low that washing dishes took a while, as did the showers. The pool heating was set at 65 degrees, so it was not warm enough to use. Luckily the hot tub worked well. The house has plenty of room for a large group (we had 9), and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor area is good, but all the cushions are very worn and uncomfortable to sit on. I think the patio is a little over crowded, made it difficult to manuever.Overall, it is a good place, but nothing great.
Overall the home was perfect for our needs. Home was very clean, beds comfortable, very well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens plus extra clean linens throughout. Pool towels and baby equipment were helpful to make our visit comfortable. Check in and out were simple. Location was very convenient and in a safe family friendly neighborhood. Communication with property management was professional, timely and responsive. Backyard was great for large family Easter gathering. Home was comfortable and clean, Furniture was nice and comfortable. Only negatives were the hot tub was murky and unusable during our stay even with a pool company adjusting chemicals. Also, we paid estra to have the pool heated and it was still cool. Kids swam but it was very chilly and probably not worth the extra cost to have it heated as most adults were unable to use the pool. Would recommend the management have the pool heating process reevaluated as the temp of the pool was still chilly even on our last day. Besides the cool pool and unusable hot tub the home was excellent. We would stay again.

House was nice but not worth a two-day stay (check-in at 4:00PM Saturday check out at 10:00AM Monday). When asked to check in an hour early, they wanted more $$. Took multiple emails to property managers to even get a response. Lack of response and the nickel and diming attitude was a turn off. Will not be back for spring training.

Good not Great
Overall our stay was fine. Seemed like the cleaners had done a quick pick up resulting in dirty floors throughout the house, a few small toys sitting out by the pool and little swept up pile of dirt and leaves, rather than put away in the bin with the other pool toys, pool scoop net was sitting in the middle of the walkway, dirty towels thrown in the washer just waiting to be washed.....simple things but they matter when paying a good amount of money for a weeks stay. TV's were hit and miss with only half working remotes....the master bedroom one only worked for the antenna TV, you couldn't sign into anything to stream. There were no kitchen towels, just 2 wash-clothes and paper towels. (I had to go buy some so I could dry dishes when I hand washed the pots and pans. The utensils (knives, forks, spoons) were not very clean from the dishwasher, so we rewashed them upon our arrival. Kitchen utensils need an upgrade, especially the big knives. Lightbulbs out in a few areas of the interior house as well as the outside...simple maintenance. No garage door opener, which was kind of a pain. The house itself had very adequate space, loved all the seating by the pool area. The pool had pool noodles and a few smaller toys to entertain kids (we went to the dollar tree down the road and bought a few others). Plenty of pool towels. Large kitchen was great. Beds seemed to be good. Plenty of couches, tables and space to mix and mingle. We did have to have the hot-tub crew come out as it became pretty cloudy and whoever I contacted were pretty quick at having that taken care of. They came twice to adjust and make sure it was good. The propane was empty for the gas firepit but once I reached out, they mentioned there should be an extra in the garage, which there was so we just swapped it. As someone who has stayed in several VRBO type rentals over the past few years, this could have been better, but it was still totally ok. We had a great time, and I believe the homeowners/property management were going to be contacting the cleaning crew so they can better prepare in the future.
