Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, Tanger Outlets, and Desert Diamond Arena, our home puts you right where the action is while still offering the peace and comfort of a true retreat.

-5 bedrooms with a mix of king, queen, and twin/trundle setups

- Bedroom 1 : King bed w/ attached bathroom ( perfect for guests who prefer no stairs)

-Heated pool ( 65/ night) : Pool heating is available upon request for $65 per night. We require at least 3 days’ notice before your arrival, and heating must be arranged for the entire length of your stay.
Our pool is heated with electric heaters during the fall and spring months, when outdoor temperatures are typically above 60°F. The heater is set to maintain 85°–90°F, though water temperature may fluctuate by up to 10 degrees overnight and in the early morning.
Pool heating (and cooling) is always relative to outdoor temperatures. When the weather drops below 60°F or rises above 95–100°F, the pool may not reach the desired temperature range, even with the system running 24/7. No pool cover is required.
*Winter Advisory (December–March): Due to cold weather, it is unlikely the pool will reach 85–90°F. For your safety, we do not recommend swimming during these months, as there is a risk of hypothermia.
*Important: No refunds will be issued for temperature variations caused by weather conditions.
We want your pool time to be as safe and enjoyable as possible — please let us know in advance if you’d like pool heating added to your stay!
