The apartment is located on the first and top floor of the building; the residence is fully secured by a large electric gate. Parking is available within the residence for your car. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included!

The bedroom features a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and some storage space. The bathroom is open to the bedroom.

The living room includes a sofa and a fully equipped seating area.

Parking:
You can park within the residence, but the spaces are not reserved or private.

Cleaning: Included in your reservation, cleaning will be carried out by a professional cleaning company after your departure.

Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.
