The detached holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2016, is modern and functional. The property is popular due to the view of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location in the woods and by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, garden shower, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, and a campfire site.

Hluboká nad Vltavou, 320 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot and waterside plot with a lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (unpaved, length 1000 m). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
